House Sitting in Rockland

If you read what Amanda wrote about herself, you can absolutely believe every word. She took care of our two dogs and gave them such loving care and was very attentive to their needs. She is an excellent communicator and is responsible, experienced, and conscientious in all aspects of her job. Plus she is a delightful person to know. We highly recommend her and look forward to having her sit for us again.

This was our first time using Rover. Ann was wonderful with Finn, and she was even happy to feed our little flock of hens. We appreciated her attentiveness and her flexibility to the needs of Finn, her trustworthiness and her respect of our home. We received lots of updates and great communication while we were away, and we were always able to reach her if needed, great responsiveness. We certainly hope to have Ann stay with Finn again and would happily recommend her based off our experience!

Annabelle is an excellent communicator and a very nice person. She took great care of my dog and house.

Nicole was fantastic! We needed her very last minute and not only was she available but Oona loved her. Highly recommend.

Your dogs could not be in better hands than will Jill. We were over the moon elated with every single thing about Jill. A wealty of experience, a sincere and deep affection for animals, and a desire to be sure that Lucy and Skeeter felt comfortable with her before she began the 5 day care. So much so, that she visited twice to get acquainted prior. (with treats in her pocket.) Lucy is 14, and needs meds for arthritis twice a day, and Jill was completely on top of it. We have never not worried before when leaving our dogs, and we did not worry at all. Jill texted us morning and night reports, as well as photos. And.....not only was Jill a dedicated l, responsible and experienced dog sitter ( she might sit for cats...we only have dogs) but she is a super nice, lovely person.

This was our first experience with Rover and, most importantly, Candi. This was also the first time we have had someone (other than a family member) pet sit our now 14 month old Havanese. We had a meet and greet with Candi several days prior to our overnight trip. Given that visit, Candi’s background, and our meeting with Candi before the trip, we had no worries while on the trip. It is nearly impossible that someone could be more qualified in every way to pet and house sit for us. Candi kept us up to date during the trip (pics and texts). Candi gave us a wonderful report of how the visit went when we returned. And our little pup has a new friend. When we arrived at the door, our pup ran to us (as we expected). However, she ALSO kept running back to Candi with her tail wagging with great joy!

Hayleigh took such good care of our little yorkie, Harley. Using Rover was very helpful since we are from out of town. We appreciated Hayleigh taking the time to chat with us before arriving. Once we met Hayleigh we knew she was perfect for taking care of our Harley. She was patience and understanding with Harleys separation anxiety issues, she made him feel safe and secure. Hayleigh kept in contact with us as our evening progressed and we found comfort in knowing Harley was in great hands with Hayleigh. Hayleigh-We wish you lived closer to where we live. We will see you again the next time we come through the area. Thanks so much!

Liz was absolutely remarkable! We have used rover.com before, but this was by far the most exceptional experience we have had. Liz communicated beautifully, was thoughtful and loving with our dogs, She showed exceptional patience with our young puppy, who is rambunctious and energetic. We received regular reports and photos daily…we recommend her highly! Your animals will.I’ve her, and so will you.

We 100% adore Pat. So does our little doggie Sophie who could not have been left in more loving, kind and responsible hands.

Christi was perfect for our pups! She was responsive, sent us photos and updates. We hate to leave them at home but we knew they were safe and happy in her care!

A great sitter! Avery watched my 8 month old Pitt mix during the day, and even took her on extra long walks to get that puppy energy out. Communicative and accommodating.
