House Sitting in South Portland Gardens

Jay did an excellent job watching our two, large Old English Sheepdogs. Jay was responsive to texts and provided updates when asked. They also were skilled at walking our 90+ lb reactive dog and patient with the older dog who decided to test her (physical) boundaries while we were away.

Lilly and Lucy had a ball with Sophia while we were gone. We had a great vacation knowing our fur babies were in great hands! Thank you Sophia!

I finally was able to have a weekend getaway without stressing about the dogs! Madeleine was great and shared frequent updates, looking forward to having Madeleine back!

We were very comfortable leaving our Brittany, Myla with Sergey for 4 days. Sergey provided updates while we were away, and we arrived home to a happy dog.

Nishat did a great job staying with my cat Leo while I was on a trip. He is a very sweet boy but can be a bit high maintenance, so it's not easy for me to trust someone with all the details to keep him happy and safe. Nishat took good care of him while I was gone, sent a bunch of pictures and updates, dealt with my long list of notes for taking care of my goofball, and left the place spotless.

Elizabeth is incredible! She jumped in to help last minute when our initial sitter fell through while we were out of town. She went above and beyond with our anxious rescue puppy and sent so many pictures and updates so that we were at ease and could enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!!

Brook was amazing!! So kind and attentive to the instructions I left. She has such a warm presence and my doggo loved her! We are so appreciative and will rebook with her in the future!

Celine was amazing! She was very accessible and flexible and I knew my dog was well cared for even when I was out of cell service for most of the time. This was my first time using Rover and Celine and I will definitely be calling back!!

We cannot say enough good things about Ryan and David. They went above and beyond for our little senior girl while we were away. We were worried about leaving her, but Ryan put us at ease immediately, and we could see how comfortable Maggie felt too. Ryan kept us updated with photos and texts, kept Maggie comfy with treats like a heat pad and walks in the front pack, and even went the extra mile and stayed another night to be with Maggie when our flight home was canceled. Ryan is so kind and we won’t look anywhere else for our dogs.

Lynne was great! She communicated very well and was reliable. My dog clearly loved hanging out with her! I will definitely ask her to dog sit for me again! Highly recommend :)

Viva was beyond fantastic!! We had never left our dog Izzy with anyone before, let alone over night. The second we met Viva it was an instant connection. She calmed all of our fears and was so reassuring. We had a fantastic meet and greet. We could tell Izzy was so comfortable with her right away, she was even sharing her toys! Viva stayed with Izzy took her on all the walks, tons of playtime. She was in constant contact with us sending pics and videos. Izzy had such a fantastic time with Viva that she even seemed to want to go looking for her after she left! Viva went above and beyond, making sure Izzy was well cared for. And also that we as Izzy's parents were amazingly comfortable leaving our baby with her!! There were hugs and (doggie) kisses all around! We will 100% be booking with her again!

Sara always provides peace of mind when we travel. So much so that we already have her booked for our next trip. She is a bona fide "cat whisperer" who our middle aged Miss Puss seems to enjoy ... and she is a bit of a neurotic beast so that is saying something. Our family (Miss Puss and all) highly recommend Sara if you need someone to care for your feline while you are away from home.

Sarah was a pleasure to have in our home! She was reliable and kept us well-informed with communication throughout. Most importantly, our dog adored her! We highly recommend Sarah.

John did a great job watching our animals while we were away on vacation. He came to meet them and get instructions ahead of time and checked in with us daily during the stay. They were both very happy and healthy on our return! Would definitely book John again.

Renee was great! She communicated effectively and our dog had a wonderful time with her. We will definitely be asking her to sit for us again!

Lindsay was wonderful with our dog Katie! Katie can be anxious and she clearly felt very comfortable with Lindsay very quickly. Lindsay sent us updates and pictures regularly on how things were going. She was extremely thoughtful. We are thankful we found her through Rover and look forward to having her watch Katie again.

Racheal did amazing! I no problem with inviting her into my home to help dog sit. My puppy Ren loved hanging out with Racheal. I would definitely recommend Rachel in the future for dog sitting! Thank you
