Brandi did a great job! She sent many updates during her stay to ensure our animals were well cared for while we were on vacation. She was communicative, timely, and left our house clean. We had Elyse look after our two cats and our house for two weeks while we were out of the country. Everything went great with communication and following the instructions I left. I appreciated getting updates and photos from time to time. This was our first time using Rover and everything went smoothly.
After not having time away from our senior due to his health issues we braved the distance and Sam helped to ease all of our worries. Sam took great care to meet all of our dogs’ needs while we had a night off from his care. We will be requesting to book with Sam again!
