Jennifer is a pet lover doggies and kittens. She took such great care of our cats while we were out of town for a few days. Marlana is conscientious, prompt and so sweet with my cats. Both took to her right away and my normally shy and skittish Maine Coon especially fell in love. Great communication while we took a long trip, sending updates and photos. Also very patient helping me use the Rover app, which is not intuitive!
