Kiara was excellent at communicating how the cats were doing. It was clear that she loved my cats, and she was willing to stick to their exact routine even though it requires lots of different feeding times! I hope Kiara can care for my cats again because she even managed to win over my anxious cat within the first 10 minutes of arriving at our house!! She is a true animal lover and lovely person!

Cloye did a wonderful job taking care of our two cats, bearded dragon, and corn snake. She was kind enough to offer to bring in the mail, which was a detail I hadn't thought to make arrangements before leaving. She was consistent, reliable, and provided excellent communication. I'm pleased that she was respectful to our home while we were away. She's a trustworthy person to care for pets.
