Nicole responded to my request for kitty care about three days before I had to leave, and she came through with flying colors! She followed instructions well, and went above and beyond.

Autumn once again provided reliable drop in services for our cat, while we were out of town for a few days. She was available to us this time on short notice, and we will continue to use her services when we travel.

Haley was absolutely wonderful while watching our babies so that we could prepare to get married and have our wedding ceremony. She was very accommodating in meeting us and Hachi and Ryoko before we booked anything to give us peace of mind. She was a key part of our wedding celebration and we couldn’t have gotten through the week without her walking the girls and getting them their dinner. Thank you again so so much, Haley!

Sam has been doing drop-ins for my dog for around a year, and I'm so glad I found her! She was amazing from day one, Lucy is an anxious dog, yet was so comfortable with her right away. Sam always made her greetings and drop-ins super calm, waiting for Lucy to calm down before taking her out, and giving her pets and scratches the whole time she's sitting with her. Lucy has an issue with submissive and excited peeing, and Sam was so great handling her she never had an accident. Lucy also has knee and joint issues, and Sam carried her up and down the stairs every time as I requested. She followed all instructions, updated me every visit with details and pictures, was consistent, respectful of the space, and was flexible with schedule changes when needed. Cannot recommend her enough! I'm forever grateful for her help ❤️❤️
