Fantastic! Katherine was amazing with my dogs. They love her!!! She went above and beyond any expectations that I had. One of my dogs had some health conditions come up and has a history of being unwilling to take pills - and Katherine literally had my dog eating out of the palm of her had. Anna always goes above and beyond. Our pups adore her and the relief I feel being able to be away from them and knowing they are cared for the same way is indescribable. She even carried in a heavy chewy box for us - which was not expected but much appreciated along with other packages. She noticed our fur daughter had some ear issues on her last visit and recommended something to help. Anna is amazing!
