Kathryn was good with walking our dog while on vacation. Even though we met ahead of time, our dog is a bit nervous with new people and wanted to turn back sooner at first, and Kathryn listened to her and communicated with us. Our dog got more comfortable each day and Kathryn always made sure our dog had a good time and when she wanted to walk a little extra they did!
