Melissa was very responsive and responsible; she handled giving my cats meds like a pro. This was my first time using Rover, and I was initially nervous as I had never used an app like this. Would 100% recommend booking with Melissa, I felt like my cats were in great hands.

Lauren was amazing! She was always on time, communicated really well, and sent me pictures and updates of Lucio every day. Lucio really liked her and seemed very comfortable with her, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. She was also incredibly nice and easy to work with. Meredith took wonderful care of our cats, and I’m so grateful for her help. She was very patient with everything, including dealing with a new feeder we’re still figuring out. I really appreciated her calm and caring energy with the cats. She even stayed a bit longer to help our kitten burn off some energy, which meant a lot. The sweetest surprise was that our older cat, Agustin, came to sit near her on the couch, something he almost never does! That says a lot about how comfortable he felt with her. I would definitely recommend her.
