Booking with Kelsey & Forrest to take care of my cat was such a great experience! They were very communicative, sent pictures and videos of my cat, provided updates, and took very good care of my girl 🐱. This was my first experience with Rover and it was very pleasant. Jenn took excellent care of our two middle-aged female cats, both of whom tend to have issues with strangers. (One hides, the other scratches without provocation.) Jenn handled both of them expertly and kept us up-to-date during our 8-day vacation with brief reports and photos twice a day. We would recommend Jenn’s services to any responsible pet owner.

Emily has been a total joy to interact with, all communication has been very easy and we feel that our cat Rajah has been spoiled with attention and love. We've really enjoyed the pictures of him she included with each visit, and we feel super grateful for her prompt arrival times, and her check-ins with us that evoke a sense of great kindness and care.
