Kim did a fantastic job taking care of our Birdy while we were out of town. Birdy can be a little intimidating when she first meets someone and also requires special care and medication, and Kim handled her very well. It seems as though they really bonded and we loved receiving photo updates and notes from Kim about how each visit went and what they did together. We’ll absolutely be reaching back out to Kim next time we need a sitter!

Molly did a wonderful job with Doja. I am very thankful for her taking care of her while I was on vacation. She sent such cute pictures and communicated well. Thank you Molly, we appreciate you. ✨🐈‍⬛🩷

Tyler was so great! Our pets were well taken care of even though it rained the whole time and was bad weather! He was also able to fit us in last minute!! Highly recommend!

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Melissa was beyond amazing! She truly cares and is able to interact with animals that results in them feeling comfortable. She went above and beyond by adapting toys, taking care of the litter box every time and providing my cat with treats and plenty of play time every visit. It got to the point where my cat was waiting for her to arrive. Melissa is also just a kind and friendly human as well!

Maelee is phenomenal! We’ve never hired someone do “drop-ins” at our home (always did boarding) and needed coverage for a weekend getaway. Maelee visited our sweet dog Emi 3 times a day, and I got real-time alerts on the app! Emi is a senior dog, mostly blind and deaf, but Maelee knew exactly how to keep her calm and gently allowed her to go slowly at her old-lady pace :) Maelee asked the right questions when we first met which showed me how responsible she was. I look forward to having more freedom and flexibility to leave Emi again in her loving care! Will definitely use her again- thank you!!

Beth was great. Very flexible with some last minute a changes to my schedule. She was prompt and sent pictures to me of Ethel. I really appreciate her caring for my cat.

Kelsey is always on time and great at communication. I can tell our German Shepherd loves her from the pictures she shares. Will continue to book when we need a stop-in visit!

Alaina saved the day! She helped us out in a pinch and took amazing car of our pup. She was very friendly and kind, and showed up on time. We will definitely book again.

Our dogs love Brian! We are repeat customers, so happy to have someone that really does care for your furry friends the way you would. Always makes us feel comfortable and we know they are being cared for and loved in our absence.

This was our first experience using Rover and Katrina was great! Everything that was asked appeared to be completed and she sent some picture of our dog, which he looked super happy! We will be using again.

I have 3 cats, and one requires insulin twice a day. Suzanne did a great job. I can’t imagine the time she took out of her day to take care of someone else’s cats. I really appreciate her efforts
