This was our first time using Rover. We booked Steven & Linda pretty much last minute since my older cat was diagnosed with diabetes just a week prior to our vacation. He needed to be fed diabetic food and given insulin shots 2x per day so we were in a crunch to figure out how to have this handled before we leave town. Steven & Linda made us feel really comfortable leaving our cat in their care and we knew he was being taken care of per the doctor’s instructions. They gave detailed updates and sent photos of our fur child after each visit. Would 100% recommend them for your pet’s care!

Hannah took great care of our kitties and bearded dragon! She was on time, and made sure she laid eyes on everyone. She sent pics and was very good at communicating with me from first contact. Highly recommend and will certainly re-book. Thanks for the peace of mind while we were gone, Hannah!

My cat Sam is a big boy. Biiiiig boy. And because of that, when he’s frightened and unsure of people, they call him unfriendly! The truth is, when he’s like that, it’s because he’s in a strange place (the vet), being touched by strange people, in ways he doesn’t like. I’d be mean, too! Sam is very loving and has a big heart. I took in two feral kittens and he played momma cat to them. He made sure they ate, taught them to use the litter, and played with and socialized them. He was their protector. I was nervous about how he would react to a stranger, but he fell in love with her at first sight. She took such good care of my 23 yr old kitty and her many heath issues and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. She was very responsive and attentive. I plan to use her every time I head out of town.

I could not be happier with the care Dawn provided. I’ve never been able to leave for a work trip with confidence knowing my animals were so well taken care of. She went over the top on providing pictures and care, could not recommend her more!

Mary was wonderful! She sent me regular updates while I was away for two weeks and coordinated with my sister when my sister needed access to my house. I recommend Mary 100%.

Jillian is the BEST. Lots of pictures and great communication. My cat fell in love with her from the get go. If he wasn't eating, he was in her lap.

This is our second time booking Brittany to take care of our diabetic cat who is on insulin 2 x a day! Our cat absolutely adores her he was very upset when we came home and he realized it wasn’t Brittany. 😅 I wouldn’t use anyone else other than her to take care of our grumpy but loving cat! Megan was Great!! I've never used Rover and was a little nervous. After meeting her and seeing how my 2 cats took to her right away, my nerves were completely gone! I love to travel, sometimes counting on people with your babies can be tough! I will definitely call Megan again!

Tracey did a Great job doing check-ins with our 2 cats and giving one his daily pill. It was obvious that they felt comfortable with Tracey and we had no worries.
