Molly is amazing! She communicates and updates as needed. And she’s taking loving care of the cats. I appreciate the pictures and notes each time. Highly recommend Molly!

Lauren did a great job with our two kitties! We have an older cat that needs meds everyday and I never had to worry about that. She did a great job taking care of our other cat, even going the extra mile to take her outside on the harness. Lauren was really flexible with us when we had a few hiccups during our trip which I really appreciated!

Madi did an excellent job looking after our Bueller while we were on vacation. We’d asked Madi to stop by and let Bueller out and take him for a short walk and feed him. She would spend about an hour with him each time, insuring Bueller received some play time and attention. We’d always receive updates from Madi on his activities and mood. We’d highly recommend Madi to look after your pet!

As always, Kate is wonderful to our sweet cat every time she comes! This was the 3rd time we've had her drop-in while we're away and she's always attentive to him, our apartment, and especially this time with the summer weather.. the temperature! We felt comfortable, as we always do, being away knowing that she's taking such good care of our cat and our home. We'll always recommend and rebook her!

Abigail is awesome with our puppy who can definitely be a lot to handle sometimes. We will definitely continue to keep booking with her as we feel our guy is in great hands.

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Always great!! This is the first time we’ve had them check in on our dogs, usually just out cats and they were great! Our dogs can be a little much at times, and they usually get taken to daycare or boarded, so it’s very nice knowing we have additional help from Kelsey & Forrest!

Melissa was beyond amazing! She truly cares and is able to interact with animals that results in them feeling comfortable. She went above and beyond by adapting toys, taking care of the litter box every time and providing my cat with treats and plenty of play time every visit. It got to the point where my cat was waiting for her to arrive. Melissa is also just a kind and friendly human as well!

Holly was awesome! Sent updates and multiple photos. She was very responsive and even stayed later than the time scheduled because there was an issue with my key in the beginning. Would absolutely book with her again, she was wonderful.

Leah was very flexible and willing to help last minute. She provided great care to our cat and I would definitely book again!
