Katherine was great! So communicative and on the ball when she was caring for our cat! She went out of her way to make sure our cat had the best care! Will book again!

Holly was awesome! Sent updates and multiple photos. She was very responsive and even stayed later than the time scheduled because there was an issue with my key in the beginning. Would absolutely book with her again, she was wonderful.

We so appreciate Taylor’s care of our almost 16 yo pup while we were gone for the day. She was timely, sent wonderful pics of our dog to put our minds at ease and she was easy to communicate with. We will definitely ask Taylor to help with dog-sitting again!

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Booking with Kelsey & Forrest to take care of my cat was such a great experience! Lauren has been incredible with our pup Daisy! Normally she is quite nervous around new people but Daisy worked up to her immediately. Lauren was flexible with us and had the availability we needed during this busy week. Thank you so much Lauren!!

Melissa was beyond amazing! She truly cares and is able to interact with animals that results in them feeling comfortable. She went above and beyond by adapting toys, taking care of the litter box every time and providing my cat with treats and plenty of play time every visit. It got to the point where my cat was waiting for her to arrive. Melissa is also just a kind and friendly human as well!

Isabel did a great job with my 11 year old Cocker Spaniel! She was prompt and I was very pleased to receive picture updates. My dog was very content and happy when I got back home!

Highly recommend Molly to take care of your pets! She was kind and open to meeting myself and my pets via video chat while going through the care instructions. Molly left us feeling at ease during our travels, sending lots of pictures and details about the drop in visits!
