Alexandria is the best! Communication was great and she sent lots of pictures!

This was my first time using Kate and I'm very pleased. Kate left great notes on the Rover card and is timely with responses. I will definitely use again.

Highly recommend Molly to take care of your pets! She was kind and open to meeting myself and my pets via video chat while going through the care instructions. Molly left us feeling at ease during our travels, sending lots of pictures and details about the drop in visits!

Melissa was beyond amazing! She truly cares and is able to interact with animals that results in them feeling comfortable. She went above and beyond by adapting toys, taking care of the litter box every time and providing my cat with treats and plenty of play time every visit. It got to the point where my cat was waiting for her to arrive. Melissa is also just a kind and friendly human as well!

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Maelee is fantastic! I felt so comfortable going on vacation knowing she would be popping in to check on the cats. I loved all of the little updates and photos she sent!!

Holly was awesome! Sent updates and multiple photos. She was very responsive and even stayed later than the time scheduled because there was an issue with my key in the beginning. Would absolutely book with her again, she was wonderful.

Hannah was wonderful! She did great managing all our cats different personalities! We really appreciated that she took the time to feed and pay some attention to our porch cat too! Would book Hannah again no question!

Lauren has been incredible with our pup Daisy! Normally she is quite nervous around new people but Daisy worked up to her immediately. Lauren was flexible with us and had the availability we needed during this busy week. Thank you so much Lauren!!
