was great with meeting the cats and sending good updates. she was super great at helping cover/adapt after a miscommunication on my part and visited early to meet the cats (who were super comfortable with her). always sent around 12 or 14 photos with the cats, their litter and food before and after refreshing. She was also great with handling one of my cats medical symptoms with the litter, and communicated quickly. Thanks!
Latara and her family are amazing! My two 7 year old cats warmed up to them very quickly and followed her around like they do my daughter at home. They slept with them which solidified for me that they were happy and comfortable. Even my skittish boy was out and about. We were on vacation for 18 days and my tension about leaving them was completely eased on day two after her pictures and reports to me. Highly highly recommended! Thank you so much Latara!! Ashley
She has a lot of cats and seemed to be a lady who loves cats. My cat seemed to be doing well at her place when I picked her up.
She was great, sent daily pics of Noir and kept us up on how he was doing.
