I was nervous to leave our young basset for the first time but Suzanne did a great job with drop-in visits and put me at ease. We really appreciated her detailed updates and pictures.

Jessica was fantastic with our pup Nigel. He’s a nervous boy and usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but immediately liked her at the meet and greet! Jessica is always quick to respond, a great communicator, and sent detailed notes with cute pictures for each visit. Nigel also has a few special needs/requirements and she was more than accommodating, including giving him multiple medications and keeping an eye out for accidents. We felt super comfortable leaving Nigel in her care. She truly does care for each animal like they’re her own! We would definitely recommend her and will for sure book with her for future trips :)
