First time using Rover and I was very pleased with Kristin! She was very considerate & respectful of my grumpy cat during our meet and greet, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood my cats personalities, routines and needs. Felt completely comfortable going away knowing they would be looked after just as well as a family member checking in

Robyn has been amazing and patient with my very stubborn shih-tzu. She goes above and beyond with communication, and is an extremely conscientious and caring individual.

Kelly is the best! She was able to help with a last minute request to check in on our pug Poppy twice a day for a few days. She is always so communicative, letting us know when she arrived and how Poppy was during her visit with lots of pictures.

Kelly was wonderful! We used her for 2 weeks to come in and check on our 10 week old puppy. She gave me awesome updates, was punctual, I never had to worry about our dog. We’d love to book her again.

Audrey did a fabulous job watching Oliver! Not only in his care but in her communications. I felt so at ease being away knowing Oliver was in such good hands. Thank you!

As I understand it, this was Gary's first Rover so he was a bit confused about the Rover website. He had a couple of problems that led to him being 2 hours late for the walk, but otherwise the visit and the walk were great, and we would hire Gary again.

Carissa has been helping with our puppy everyday. It is nice having someone we trust in the house and our puppy LOVES her. She sends lots of pictures which is so fun. We are so grateful for Carissa!

Ally was wonderful with our dogs. One of our dogs is very nervous around new people and Ally requested we set out treats so she could get our dog to warm up to her.

Lavina did a great job taking care of my cats. She wrote detailed notes each day. She played with my more social cat and spent time talking to my shy cat, building trust. My cats were totally chill when I came home. Thank you so much :)

Merritt was extremely attentive to both of our cat's needs. She even had the flexibility in her schedule to modify our booking multiple times, since we had a couple of delays on our arrival back after vacation. I would highly suggest Merritt to look after your pets because she is thorough and provides clear details that your pets are being taken care of. Thank you so much for giving us the relaxation and assurance we were looking for while on vacation.

Cara was wonderful! She was able to do a meet and greet with a quick turn around and she took wonderful care of our pooch. Would highly recommend!

Elizabeth is the sweetest- takes such amazing care of our dog. She’s an excellent communicator and always on time.

Callie is so wonderful! She is so incredibly nice and sweet. Upon meeting her, I could tell how much she loves animals and would care for our cats. Callie was incredibly responsive, which is so great. Callie communicated well and sent lots of photos. I felt so comfortable with Callie taking care of my animals. I would 100% ask Callie to watch my animals again.
