As I understand it, this was Gary's first Rover so he was a bit confused about the Rover website. He had a couple of problems that led to him being 2 hours late for the walk, but otherwise the visit and the walk were great, and we would hire Gary again.

Jess went above and beyond expectations! She was great at communicating and gave the best care to our kitties!
