Had to leave my cat alone for 2 weeks and had no idea what to do. Found this app and selected Elizabeth (Ellie) based on combination of reviews, location, and cost with no idea what to expect. What an incredible decision; now I'll never have to worry about a cat sitter so long as Ellie is available! Ellie was amazing. I told her she'd likely never meet my cat because he's anxious with strangers, but he warmed up to her within the first 5 minutes. She has that touch. She was very communicative and sent tons of pics and videos of him/them. I could tell they love each other and I feel a little bad for my cat now that I'm home - I took away his new friend! Ellie went above and beyond by cleaning up after him, handling the package deliveries, taking care of trash/the outside bins, etc. Very pleased with Ellie and will be a recurring customer!

Avery was able to care for my three babies on VERY short notice! I am so grateful for that! She was on time everyday and always communicated with me. I will try to always get Avery when I travel❣️

Jaime was very gentle to my cat and was always on time and my cat loved his presence. My cat is very shy and doesn’t usually like visitors, but Jaime really bonded with my cat. Will definitely rebook him!!

We had a great experience with Lynn helping us with our dogs. The dogs seemed really comfortable with her and we have a somewhat nervous dog who seemed to be really at ease with her. She made us feel so reassured with her attention to detail about all the care instructions we had. We would highly recommend Lynn!

As always, Grace was just the best! My cat loves hanging out with Grace. She sends lovely photos of my cat during her check-ins and gives helpful updates to let me know how my cat is doing. I’ll happily and gratefully book Grace as my Rover again in the future!
