Katrina is amazing! She is so kind and patient to my sweet rescue pup that is nervous around strangers. She went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for her as her own. Katrina sent me updates and pictures during their time together. She has been flexible with my ever changing schedule. We are so lucky to have found her and excited for our future visits with her! Shortly before leaving on a week long trip, we found out that one of our kitties had terminal lymphoma - devastating news, and I knew I was going to be super worried about her while we were gone. Enter Maelee, who did an *amazing* job taking care of her while we were gone: she gave meds, ensured that she was eating well enough, and kept us informed with detailed reports, pictures, and videos. Our kitty even gained some weight while we were gone, which she desperately needed! I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that she was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Maelee and would definitely use her services again!

Dawnn was the BEST! From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she truly loves and understands animals. She took the time to learn about our pets’ routines, quirks, and favorite activities, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in her care.

Anique is such a sweet and attentive person and we are so happy that we found her on Rover! She took her time getting to know our kitties and going over the care instructions with us. While we are away, Anique took great care of our 2 cats. Both cats were well fed and loved hanging out with her. We really appreciated all the pictures of our cats and Rover cards with sweet notes. Anique was punctual and responsible and was kind enough to bring our packages during our absence. She even left a sweet card for us on her last day, which was a pleasant surprise! I'd definitely re-book her next time we travel. Thank you for your amazing service, Anique!!

Elise is a Godsend. So grateful for her taking such good care of our two kitties while we were gone. She was great at sending us pics at each visit and to fill us in on how they were doing. She even had to give pills to one of our cats twice a day every other day and did just great. We will definitely be reaching out to her every time we leave town. She was the best.

Sheena has really helped with socializing our puppy. She is very professional and responsive and has made her services available in emergency situations.

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Always great!! This is the first time we’ve had them check in on our dogs, usually just out cats and they were great! Our dogs can be a little much at times, and they usually get taken to daycare or boarded, so it’s very nice knowing we have additional help from Kelsey & Forrest!

It was so helpful for Elyse to come play with and feed the gurls while I was out. They were very calm when I got home so that’s a PLUS! Thanks Elyse!!!

Megan was right on time, provided us with lots of pictures of our puppy and made for an excellent experience for leaving our new puppy with a sitter for the first time
