Elsie was so friendly and energetic personality. She gave me updates on how my dog was doing and shared photos of my dog. She loves caring for dogs. My dog looked forward to her walking her and playing with her. I would highly recommend Elsie for your dog care.

Dawnn was the BEST! From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she truly loves and understands animals. She took the time to learn about our pets’ routines, quirks, and favorite activities, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in her care.

Kelsey is always on time and great at communication. I can tell our German Shepherd loves her from the pictures she shares. Will continue to book when we need a stop-in visit!

The main thing we appreciate is Jenn’s intuition. Does your cat need love and scritches? Respect and space? A little song? All of these, but in different ways on different days—because life is tough and there are happy days and hairball days and Jenn understands them all🌻

We were so happy to have Beth cat sit for us for a weekend! Our two cats loved her and we received picture updates daily while we were away. Would highly recommend her and plan to ask her to work with us again.

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Shannon did a great job with a (drop in) to let our dog out to go potty. Then she played ball with her until she put her back into the house. I would definitely use her again.

Holly was awesome! Sent updates and multiple photos. She was very responsive and even stayed later than the time scheduled because there was an issue with my key in the beginning. Would absolutely book with her again, she was wonderful.
