House Sitting in Lyon Township

Amy does an AMAZING job! Parker loves having her here, so much so he seems sad when she leaves. She gives his meds on time (very important as they're time sensitive), gives him lots of attention and walks. She takes care of the house as well and so glad to have been referred to her!

Leaving your pets with someone outside the family for the very first time is always nerve-wracking—especially when you have three large dogs who they’ve never met before. But from the moment Diandra stepped in, all our worries melted away. 1. Proactive & Prepared: She went above and beyond by taking the time to schedule a thorough meet-and-greet before our trip. This gave everyone a chance to get acquainted and instantly put us at ease. 2. Professional & Kind: Her demeanor is the perfect blend of warm, loving, and completely professional. You can instantly tell she is a true animal lover who knows how to handle large breeds with confidence and care (we even got to see pictures of her past dog!) 3. Fantastic Communication: Throughout our time away, she kept us wonderfully updated with regular messages and adorable photos. Knowing our dogs were happy, safe, and well-cared for allowed us to actually enjoy our trip. This was our first time trusting anyone outside of family with our dogs, and she set the bar impossibly high. We would 100% use her again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier, loving pet care!

Honestly such a wonderful and trustworthy individual. Cannot say enough great things and our two dogs love him. Stayed a week with our pups, kept them safe, sent us daily updates and we came back to the house just like we left it.

We had a wonderful experience with Christopher. Communication was excellent from start to finish—he kept us updated regularly and he was always quick to respond, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Our dog has anxiety, and it was clear Christopher handled everything with patience, care, and understanding. He really took the time to make sure our dog felt comfortable and safe, which means a lot to us. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a house that was just as we left it. We would absolutely recommend Christopher and would not hesitate to use him again!

Alex stayed with my mastiff for a week. Hank (mastiff) was happy and calm when I got home and the condo was as I left it. Alex sent a few updates throughout the week :)

Bea is amazing! Our dog was so smiley in the photos that were sent, and she didnt have any tummy troubles like she usually does when we travel. We attribute that to Bea’s love and care for her while we were away ♥️

Christina was awesome!! This is my first time using Rover and I was blown away at how attentive she was to detail and went above and beyond what I asked of her! The pups and kitty loved her and she spent so much time with them! I will be using her again and I am so grateful for being able to get away with no worries! Christina vacuumed and cleaned her bedding at end of stay and was just a joy sending me cute videos and pics!! Thank you Christine!!

This was the second time we had Sarah dog-sit while we were traveling and she was absolutely wonderful with Teddy, our large 13-year-old rescue. For most of us, pets are truly members of the family, and it is enormously reassuring to know they are in caring, capable hands. Sarah is not only great with Teddy but she also kept us updated with frequent notes and photos, which was incredibly comforting while we were away. She also took great care of our home as well. We would absolutely ask Sarah to watch Teddy again whenever we travel. Having someone so trustworthy and caring makes all the difference.

Denise is a treasure! Denise is so kind and patient and has an extensive background with animals. We went away for two weeks and she provided the best care for our two fur babies, sending us photos and videos daily! We could tell that our boys were happy and well cared for. The house was clean, just as we left it when we returned. We could not recommend her enough.

Corrine was amazing with our animals! She kept us completely at ease throughout the house sitting with frequent, detailed updates and lots of photos. When our cat had an accident, she handled it super professionally without any hesitation. She was a fantastic, respectful houseguest while staying overnight, and our pets were clearly happy and well cared for. She'll definitely become our first go-to pet sitter, and we highly recommend booking her!

Judy is a gem! She has a way with people, knows what she’s doing, and was quick to engage with our older (age 12/13) and younger dogs (~age 3). From the first, her immediate response to my booking request, and easy scheduling of a meet and greet, etc. she put us at ease knowing she would be more than capable to care for our pups and home. She sent daily updates and photos of our doggies enjoying themselves and left our home in excellent condition! I couldn’t give more positive feedback about Judy except that we are definitely looking forward to having her back! Thank you, Judy, you’re the best!

Rikki was very attentive with our dogs. This was the first time we had her sit for us and also the first time we left our dogs (2yo and 7 months) for more than a couple nights. They seemed to not deal with us being gone very well, acted up and didn’t behave well. Rikki had her hands full but maintained her professionalism. We would definitely use her again in hopes the dogs are better behaved ?

This was our first time using Rover. Mallory was very helpful. and seemed to to do a wonderful job. Thanks, Mallory! I guess I was surprised by sitters leaving the house. I have a better understanding now. In the future I will request sitters keep me informed.

The dogs were well cared for. Happy and healthy when we got home.

My husband and I are very picky with who we entrust with our dog. Nick was pure perfection! It was so wonderful knowing our pup was so well taken care of while we were gone. He kept in touch unprompted by sending us pictures of her and letting us know how she was doing. He even offered to check the mail for us and take out the trash since we were gone so long. He also left our house very clean after his stay; probably cleaner than we left it lol Thanks for everything, Nick!
