Could not have been a better experience. Sophie was quick to respond and come for our meet n great, plus my dog got so much love and attention. It was awesome.

Erin was super flexible and accommodating for our last minute out of town trip. She communicated well and asked questions as needed. Our doggos were happy and well taken care of.

Alexia did a good job for me with day visits for my two senior dogs during a long weekend. She was located not too far from me. Communication with her was great and I received updates and pictures. There was an unanticipated schedule change for which I was given immediate notice and an immediate refund. This was my first experience with Rover.com and I am pleased with the service. I will be contacting Alexia for her services in the future.

Highly, highly recommend Julia! She is so kind and took amazing care of our Weimaraner while we were out of town. Visits were done exactly as requested and she provided us with lots of photos while we were missing our boy.

There wasnt a parrot care on that website so I asked Lyle if he could care for my parrots , as there is unfortunately no options for birds ! So he agreed and came over to change food and water And did exactly the way I asked him to do! He was on time at each appointment ! I would also mention that he is trustworthy as nothing was missing in my home not that i own a Monet painting or something loll but it always can be an issue when you have a stranger in your home! But you can count on Lyle that he is only interested in of taking care of your pet! And that is important! Those days you can’t be too careful, thank you Lyle ! A bientôt! ;)

Arden did a great job with our two cats! She also made sure to ask great questions about them and their routines before she was scheduled to care for them. We felt comfortable that they were in her care for the weekend and appreciated her communication throughout the process!

I cannot say enough good things about Kathy. She is dependable, great with my pet, and went above and beyond to help me when I inadvertently booked the wrong check-in dates. I hope to use Kathy's services for years to come and can enthusiasticly recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.

Melanie was great! Vernon loved her, she was easy to communicate with, timely, and provided plenty of updates with pictures to keep me at ease. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.
