Rachel is always amazing with our cats and is very patient and not overwhelming with our shy one. We have special circumstances that make us leery to have friends check on them but we are never worried with Rachel and will always come back to her!
Kiara was excellent at communicating how the cats were doing. It was clear that she loved my cats, and she was willing to stick to their exact routine even though it requires lots of different feeding times!
