Dog Boarding in New Baltimore

Rachel (and family) were helpful, professional, attentive and caring. We had to book last minute for a trip and Rachel helped us in a bind. She made sure we were comfortable and more importantly, our dog was happy and well treated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachel.

Sandra took such good care of our Laila! We received text message updates daily with photos. She took Laila for walks daily and played catch with a tennis ball which Laila loves! We highly recommend Sandra!

Allesha and her fur babies were so kind and patient with my hyperactive, zero-personal-boundary-having Boston Terrier! She kept me updated with photos and videos which I really appreciated and I could tell she has great experience with all sorts of different breeds as well as how to introduce dogs and behavioral things like that. I would definitely trust her with my dog again! Thanks a bunch!!!

Dawn was amazing! I did not have a single worry the entire 8 days she watched our dog . Dawn updated me daily with texts , videos and photos . Our dog absolutely loved her dogs . I can’t say enough how amazing Dawn was !!!!!! I would recommend her to everyone looking for a dog sitter . I think we will even try to setup a day for her to go to Dawns for doggie day care just so she can play with her new friends . Sydney was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed about my puppy and how was doing and sent photos. Ash loved her, as did I. I hope she does this forever since I’ll certainly bring Ash back to her. I super highly recommend Sydney.

An excellent Rover experience!! Dawn turned what could have been a very stressful situation into an excellent outcome. Our small elderly dog needed medical attention on the very first day of our trip, and Dawn handled everything calmly and compassionately. She took her to our preferred vet, carefully managed all medications, and even prepared homemade dog food as recommended by the vet. Dawn kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious our dog was receiving lots of attention, comfort, and loving care. We truly appreciated Dawn’s communication, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond during an unexpected situation. We would absolutely book with Dawn again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and trustworthy sitter — especially for senior dogs or pets with extra needs.

Kellie took care of our Bella for 10 days while we were out of town. We are really particular on leaving Bella but Kellie and her family eased her mind from the first meeting. Kellie was flexible with the initial meet and greet and had no issues with our late return flight. The communication was great and we loved the daily pictures. She did a wonderful job, we highly recommend her and will definitely use her for watching Bella in the future.

Lisa was extremely professional and accommodating for my last-minute request. Refreshing to have someone so professional on the app have not been impressed with other ones, but Lisa was fantastic.

Had the best experience with Laura watching Gigi! My first time leaving her for almost a week and I tend to get very nervous just because not a lot of ppl know about bullies but she put me at ease the first day! With updates and photos consistently, Gigi had the best time ever and me and my husband were able to enjoy our vacation. Definitely found our go-to sitter, Gigi loved it there ❤️

Kind, friendly and professional. Samantha and Zachary sent pics daily and took SUCH great care of my rotti Charlie. My girl had so much fun and was so happy and comfortable i was worried she wouldn't want to come home! Lol. Definitely found our new doggie sitter. Already booked with them again!

Amanda was great and really put my mind at ease as this was my first time using rover. She sent tons of pictures and communicated well with updates everyday. I know my Remi felt right at home getting plenty of cuddles, and he enjoyed running around and playing with her dog and kids in the yard. Will definitely be back in the future, thank you Amanda!

Kristen was excellent! Professional, quick communication & had no problem with the extra care my senior pup needed with his medication. You can tell she just loves doggies and will give your pup all the affection they need 💕

Amy is the best. We will use her again for our needs with Cooper. She takes excellent care of him when we go out on vacation or family visits. Amy is honest and trustworthy.

Odin and Punkin were well cared for during our weeklong stay. We even had an unexpected medicine dosing and Miranda was able to roll right with it. Odin loved being outside with the other pups and Punkin seemed to get her fill of lap snuggles. We forgot Odin’s bed at pickup and Miranda was kind enough to drop it off.

Lindsay was great. This was my first time using Rover.com, and I was a little un sure of how it would go. Lindsay put to rest all my fears on day one with all the pictures and videos she sent me of Finn playing with the other guests. Thanks very much!

Cynthia loves my dog as I do. I know this by the specific things she tells me about Lizzy (my girl). Specific stories she tells me lets me know she truly pays attention. She cares. With other care takers Lizzy usually is completely ready to come home. With Cynthia she goes back and forth for the lovings when I come over. I honestly feel very comfortable with her. I’m so grateful

Katherine was an amazing sitter! We were placed in a last minute situation to find a sitter and she was so quick to respond and offered us to do a meet-and-greet that same day. She provided frequent updates with pictures and videos and allowed us to feel assured our little guy was in good hands while we were away. I definitely plan to book with her again!

Tory is an amazing dogsitter. She sent pictures and updates multiple times a day. My dog has a special diet and she was more than happy to accommodate. My dog also can be a little aggressive especially with smaller dogs but Tory introduced her to 3 other dogs and he was good with all of them. I would highly recommend her and will use her again should the need arise.
