I cannot say enough good things about Tricia. I had never used Rover before and honestly never planned to, as I have always relied on friends and family to care for Nash. Nash is nervous around new people and has significant separation, and is currently on crate rest, so his care is a little more complicated than a typical drop-in. Tricia has completely gone above and beyond. She is extremely responsive, follows my instructions, provides updates and photos, and has even made thoughtful suggestions to help with his anxiety. Most importantly, Nash is incredibly comfortable with her. You can genuinely tell that Tricia loves dogs and truly cares about them, so seeing how relaxed my dog is with her, especially given his situation, gives me so much peace of mind. I have already used her several times within the past week and will absolutely continue to use her as my go-to-sitter. If you are reading this review wondering if you should book Tricia, just do it. You won't regret it!

Theresa was very calm and patient with my new rescue dog. My Gus is learning how to be a house dog and is learning that not all humans are trying to hurt him. She was very kind and loving - providing a safe space for him and some peace of mind for me while I had to leave him.

Emily dropped in on our cats while we were gone for a 10 day trip. She suggested we have a meet and greet ahead of the trip so she could become familiar with the cats and their care routines. Based on the updates and photos she provided, it looked like the cats enjoyed playing with her and they were well taken care of. When we got home all of their cat dishes, food, water and litter boxes were in order. We will book with Emily again for future trips!

Jennifer was great with Milo (dog)and Brad (cat). I knew the received great care. Milo was walked well and she made sure the were both had water. The photos she took were great. I was relieved knowing they were in great hands.

I couldn't be happier with the care our baby bunny received over Christmas! Lauren was incredibly attentive, caring, and exuded trustworthiness. It's clear she genuinely cares for fur babies, making our time away stress-free. Highly recommend her services!

Celia is amazing. I knew when she met them for the first time that she was the perfect sitter for our dogs. She went above and beyond and sent us pictures and updates every day. She really does care about the dogs and you can tell. I will rebook her again and again. I am so glad we found her.

Arden was perfect for us! She came for a meet and greet and I was immediately comfortable with her. Our cats are shy and she was very gentle with them. She sent pictures everyday and made sure we were comfortable not being home. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again.

Despite a short-notice request, S&B were able to visit Rilee at home as we went to a weekend wedding in the Chicago area. The daily snapshots of our girl enjoying the winter walks assured us she was in good hands.

Andrew did a wonderful job. He was very communicative. We will definitely use his services again.

I highly recommend Alex for drop in or staying at your home with your pet. Alex is reliable and treats Winston (dog) like he is her own. Winston loves spending time with Alex. She mostly recently has been doing drop ins with my puppy for the last 5 months. She is fantastic.

Colleen was very sweet to Fred and was very attentive to him!

I cannot say enough good things about Heather. She took excellent care of our pets, provided details notes, and took excellent care of the house. It was such a relief to have our fur babies loved so well while we were gone. Absolutely recommend her!
