I cannot say enough good things about Tricia. I had never used Rover before and honestly never planned to, as I have always relied on friends and family to care for Nash. Nash is nervous around new people and has significant separation, and is currently on crate rest, so his care is a little more complicated than a typical drop-in. Tricia has completely gone above and beyond. She is extremely responsive, follows my instructions, provides updates and photos, and has even made thoughtful suggestions to help with his anxiety. Most importantly, Nash is incredibly comfortable with her. You can genuinely tell that Tricia loves dogs and truly cares about them, so seeing how relaxed my dog is with her, especially given his situation, gives me so much peace of mind. I have already used her several times within the past week and will absolutely continue to use her as my go-to-sitter. If you are reading this review wondering if you should book Tricia, just do it. You won't regret it!

Despite a short-notice request, S&B were able to visit Rilee at home as we went to a weekend wedding in the Chicago area. The daily snapshots of our girl enjoying the winter walks assured us she was in good hands.

Andrew did a great job watching and taking care of my cat. He provided very detailed information on well-being of my cat, who had troubles with appetite, and adjusted food as asked to ensure she is still eating. Overall, I was happy with his service.

I highly recommend Alex for drop in or staying at your home with your pet. Alex is reliable and treats Winston (dog) like he is her own. Winston loves spending time with Alex. She mostly recently has been doing drop ins with my puppy for the last 5 months. She is fantastic.

Emily did a great job. My pair of catalog areas really particular and warmed to her instantly. They we're clearly quite well cared for when we returned.

Lauren was awesome with our very skittish cat. After the first day, I was receiving pictures of them playing and cuddling on the couch. She won my cat over. Highly recommended!

Celia was great! She came to visit our dog while we were out of town. She sent updates daily along with pictures that made our kids so happy! Would hire her again!

Bethany is absolutely amazing!! She took such great care of my two kittens and went above and beyond to make sure they stayed healthy and happy boys while we were away! You can also tell that she loves cats, which is a major win! Highly recommend!

Melanie has been amazing. She’s taken really good care of both of our dogs, and they seem to really enjoy seeing her. Would definitely recommend
