chloe was amazing! she took care of our mira for five days while we were up north! i was so anxious about leaving her but chloe made me feel worlds better about it. she is attentive, responsive, tidy and sends photos of the animals in her care while you are away! she left our home as clean as it was when she arrived!! we are very thankful for her and will be booking with her again!!

I had Sarah as my first choice for a Rover pet sitter while my husband and I were away for a week on a trip. She is a great communicator and so nice! The whole time we were on vacation, my husband and I looked forward to her post-visit updates, photos, and videos. Andrew did a great job watching and taking care of my cat. He provided very detailed information on well-being of my cat, who had troubles with appetite, and adjusted food as asked to ensure she is still eating. Overall, I was happy with his service.

Caili is a very comfortable person. She was great with the cats and she has excellent communication skills. Everything went smoothly but I trust her judgment if there was an emergency. I cannot recommend Caili enough.
