Asking plenty of questions during the meet and greet to ensure the needs of my a fur balls and met to leaving very detailed visit summaries. Natasha was wonderful! She was very thorough and communicative, and we never had to worry about our cats while we were away because she was so on top of everything. She spent plenty of time with them on each visit, and also kept us updated with lots of photos. Our cats are senior citizens and need medications, so they're not the easiest to take care of, but Natasha handled everything incredibly well. We would happily have her watch our cats again.

Jazmin was quick and professional, Sugar (my cat) warmed up to her immediately, and Jazmins visits during my weekend away did wonders for Sugar's anxiety. It's almost like I never left.

Diana did amazing with Paisley while I was gone on my trip for a week. This was my first time using rover and she exceeded my expectations! She sent daily updates and pictures and you can tell she really loves & cares for animals. She made it a point to meet my cat before and get to know her. I will definitely be booking again!

They were very well cared for. Updates were provided twice a day, they offered more if we needed it. All questions I had up to and during the process were answered quickly. Our very anxious cats came home and immediately began being themselves and acting right as rain.

Emma took excellent care of our cat! She was punctual, communicative and easy to work with. Our cat seemed happy and well taken care of when we returned!
