Asking plenty of questions during the meet and greet to ensure the needs of my a fur balls and met to leaving very detailed visit summaries. Maria was fantastic from beginning to end. She communicates quickly, clearly, and often. She was an expert right from the jump and asked great questions to make sure she was equipped for our drop in. She was incredibly flexible when we were scheduling our initial meet and greet, and was so sweet to the boys. She is wonderful and we will absolutely be scheduling with her again!
