Dog Boarding in Pleasant Valley

Cheyenne really helped us out as we were visiting the area and wanted a dog free day to bike around Mackinac Island. She agreed to take our dogs for the day and an overnight. It worked out perfect and we appreciated her flexibility!

Kendra was very attentive and communicated well while I was gone. I was in a secluded area so it was difficult at times but it worked out. She even took Kona to get pictures with Santa and left her with a homecoming stocking with toys and treats. Kona stole it before we could get home. I was nervous at times about this but now I’m glad to of found someone local and that would allow Kona to have a home away from home! I definitely recommend Kendra to care for you pets!

Ashley welcomed our recently adopted adult dog into her home for a four night stay. She is extremely experienced and knew how to introduce our dog to hers and visiting dog for a smooth visit. Ashley provided timely updates on how the visit was going. When our dog created an incident with a visiting dog, Ashley immediately took action using appropriate handling techniques to get our dog under control. We are so grateful for the expert care Ashley provided and the safe, dog friendly home she provides.

Dorothy and her family were wonderful for ZAC. They did everything we asked for and more!! he truly was comfortable and happy which is all we ever want! Dorothy sent pictures and updated us daily! So relieved to have found her!:)

Peter was great. He was very accommodating to our schedule and seemed to be genuinely interested in providing the best care for our dog possible. He kept us informed and replied to us promptly on check ins about our dog. We will definitely use again. Thanks Peter!

Do not hesitate to book with Madison! This was my first experience ever leaving my dog without a family member and although I was quite nervous, Madison kept me completely at ease. There were many pictures and updates throughout Mariposa’s stay and my sweet girl came home with a new trusted friend! Thank you so much Madison!!!!

Beth and her husband were amazing!! They treated Ginger like their own, took her for lots of walks, and were very thorough with their care. Beth sent me so many pictures and info every day. Truly like sending my dog to a camp for the weekend. Thank you!!!

I recently used Peter to watch my dog Jac for a week, and like most people, I was a bit apprehensive about leaving my dog with someone new for that long. Peter made the process easy from the start. We met briefly at the park near his house, and he was timely, flexible, and clearly very comfortable with dogs. My dog had a great time. I received plenty of photos throughout the week, and it was obvious he was happy and well cared for. Truthfully, it was a little tough to get him to leave. :-) I highly recommend Peter and will happily use him again.

Great all around! Took great care of our dog (on short notice, too!), sent recent updates and pictures, and communicated clearly. Can’t recommend enough.

Max & Harper spent 2 nights with Allison. They made themselves right at home. The girls were spoiled with walks, love, & attention. After picking them up, Max & Harper were exhausted - a very good thing!
