Emily is always reliable. She has been providing twice a day care for our cats every year for the last four years while we take our annual family trip. She administers twice a day medication to our special needs cat, sends photos and updates, and in general goes above and beyond. Thank you Emily!!!

Celia is amazing. I knew when she met them for the first time that she was the perfect sitter for our dogs. She went above and beyond and sent us pictures and updates every day. She really does care about the dogs and you can tell. I will rebook her again and again. I am so glad we found her.

Jennifer was great with Milo (dog)and Brad (cat). I knew the received great care. Milo was walked well and she made sure the were both had water. The photos she took were great. I was relieved knowing they were in great hands.

Layne kindly came to meet all of us before she was scheduled for a couple days of drop-in visits. We all felt immediately comfortable with her and I knew that our two pit bulls would be in great hands. This was our first experience using Rover (or anyone other than a friend or relative) but we’re happy to now have Layne as our go-to when the need arises!

I highly recommend Alex for drop in or staying at your home with your pet. Alex is reliable and treats Winston (dog) like he is her own. Winston loves spending time with Alex. She mostly recently has been doing drop ins with my puppy for the last 5 months. She is fantastic.

I cannot say enough good things about Tricia. I had never used Rover before and honestly never planned to, as I have always relied on friends and family to care for Nash. Nash is nervous around new people and has significant separation, and is currently on crate rest, so his care is a little more complicated than a typical drop-in. Tricia has completely gone above and beyond. She is extremely responsive, follows my instructions, provides updates and photos, and has even made thoughtful suggestions to help with his anxiety. Most importantly, Nash is incredibly comfortable with her. You can genuinely tell that Tricia loves dogs and truly cares about them, so seeing how relaxed my dog is with her, especially given his situation, gives me so much peace of mind. I have already used her several times within the past week and will absolutely continue to use her as my go-to-sitter. If you are reading this review wondering if you should book Tricia, just do it. You won't regret it!

Elizabeth has watched our cat a few times now. She is very responsible and does an excellent job taking care of our cat…who LOVES Elizabeth. I love seeing the cat photos she sends each day! She still came over when our power was out spent time with Miss Cat. I highly recommend her.

Laura took great care of our dog while we were gone for nearly a week. I was updated daily along with several photos from each check-in. I’ll never have to stress about Charcoal when we travel again because Laura will be my go to! Thanks again, Laura!!
