Dog Boarding in Portage

Julie and Joe were amazing. They agreed to watch Chloe last minute before an important overseas business trip i had to go on. They are an extremely qualified couple that give genuine love to the dogs they watch. They live right on a lake in a nature setting and also have an enclosed yard. I was sent pictures during my trip and picked up Chloe last night. She's very happy, healthy and even seems glowing. Thank you Julie and Joe. I hope you're available again on my upcoming trip.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of our kiddos Kathy... The photos and text updates were greatly appreciated. Even though they are little dogs they need exercise, so I loved that you took them to the trails to burn off that excess energy. Hubby said they were happy and freshly bathed when he arrived to pick them up!! We will be calling again when we need a sitter. 5 Stars all the way around!!!!

Our little dog loved visiting Becky. We did an intro visit and our dog was having a blast exploring the fenced in yard and meeting the other dogs. We booked Becky to watch him over the weekend and he seemed to have a great time. Becky sent pictures which was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Katlynn and her family were utterly fabulous with our two golden retrievers. Got so many wonderful pictures the week we were gone and plenty of updates. Thank you so much. We will definitely be using you guys again and have told others of how wonderful our experience was.

Sydney did amazing with our honey. She kept us updated on what they were doing and sent pictures and even a video. Honey was so happy the entire time and she was even tired when she came home which tells us she had a great time. Sydney worked with us and our schedule as well. I cannot recommend her enough! Honey is a very anxious girl and I felt completely relaxed leaving her with Sydney.

We loved how Katie sent us updates before we could even ask for them. She also answered any questions we had and was quick in response. This was our first time leaving Chewy with someone we were not close with and we would definitely ask Katy again.

In the 10 years that we have had Kona, Beth and Tracy gave her without question the best boarding experience she has had. Beth sent daily updates and photos, Kona was spoiled with treats and daily walks, and she loved the very spacious fenced-in back yard. Kona had the run of the house for sure! Beth and Tracy are very loving dog people, and it sure shows. We will definitely be using them again to care for Kona during future vacations.

Elizabeth did a wonderful job sitting with Nova. There were other dogs there that Nova got along with perfectly well. I liked that she sent me pictures and videos so I wouldn’t be worried. I would highly recommend her to sit for your fur babies. She has a wonderful personality as well.

We are so grateful for the kindness and attentiveness that James provided our pups while we were gone. He went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable, and communicated frequently with pictures. Thank you James!

Kelli took such great care of my pup!! He loved running around her big backyard and playing with the other pups she was watching. She was a great communicator and I loved receiving picture updates of all the fun he was having.

Luke and Emily are fantastic people and the BEST pet lovers. They have a host of pets and they’re more than friendly to visiting dogs like mine. Their chinchilla and bearded dragon are my toddlers favorite part of Luke and Emily hosting our pup Yogi.

Natasha is wonderful. I appreciate that she sends me pictures at least once a day, usually twice, to show me how the dogs are doing, and I feel comfortable leaving my babies with her when I’m on vacation. Highly recommend!!

Elliott & Jenna took great care of Captain Charlie, my 2yr old terrier. They accepted and accommodated him, his energy and his eccentricities! Thanks for the great weekend!

Our little old lady, Lillie, had a great time with Trina. Trina provided good communication with us, too. I knew Lillie would be fine when Trina scooped her up and held her when we dropped her off. Lillie does not typically trust that quickly. Very happy with Trina!

Nayoma is a wonderful sitter! She watched my 9 month old puppy for 10 days and sent daily pictures. He came back tired from all the play but he was so happy to interact with other dogs and run around. I will be using her again in the near future!

Jamie was an excellent dog sitter. She was very responsive and great with communication. It was clear she truly cared for my dog Scooby and paid close attention to his digestion, providing helpful and detailed updates. I felt extremely comfortable leaving Scooby in Jamie’s care and would gladly book with her again.

I highly recommend Jenai and her family! She provided tons of updates and pictures, letting us know that her dog was feeling right at home! I felt completely comfortable, leaving her there for a few days, and when I picked her up, she seemed like she enjoyed herself. I appreciated the fact that on pick up, everything was packed and ready to go including her kennel had been broken down and sat outside for easy pick up! Thank you so much for taking good care of our girl, she really enjoyed herself!

Reed and Natalie took great care of our dog for the weekend. Both made us feel at ease and comfortable during the intro, which was great as this was our first River experience. Their dogs got along great with ours, despite the fact that one of theirs has a good 70-80 pounds on ours! They even gave our dog a bath when they noticed she needed it. We also got sent multiple photos and videos over the weekend! Would definitely leave our dog in their care again.
