Cindy was fantastic with our 16 year old shy cat. She was exceptional with communicating with us while we were away. She followed all directions that we gave and was very understanding when our cat had a little accident by the litter box. This is the first time I use Rover and I am just so glad I found an excellent dog sitter for my fur babies. Nikko can be a little reactive to people at first but Kristin was just a professional at meeting him for the first time.
