We needed a pet sitter on very short notice and Kassy quickly reached out for a meet and greet. We were a little nervous as our pups are not well trained especially with strangers but they got along so well with her and by the end of the drop in visit, our pup Gracie was asleep in her lap! This was our first time using Rover and we were so happy to find a sitter that put our minds at ease, knowing that our pups would be well looked after. Will definitely book again! Thank you!
Great job, everyone got what they needed and I especially liked the photos sent during the visits. Even our big scaredy cat of a dog was no worse for wear when we returned home. Would book again if needed.
Stephanie is wonderful! She kept us up to date with how our dog was doing on a daily basis and when his allergies started acting up she made sure he was cared for. She went above and beyond to care for him giving us peace while we were on vacation. We will definitely be rebooking her in the future!
This is the first time I use Rover and I am just so glad I found an excellent dog sitter for my fur babies. Nikko can be a little reactive to people at first but Kristin was just a professional at meeting him for the first time. I love the fact that she check in and out each visit and kept me updated about her visits and walks. Nikko and Kopper got along with her just perfect and that gives me a huge peace of mind! We had Cindy do a weekend of drop in visits while we were away. By the end of the weekend, our very anxious dog, Henry, warmed up to her and was happy to play and walk. Cindy is great!
