Dog Boarding in Southfield

Anna was wonderful with our 8 year old lab! She has a great yard and playful lab pup. Our dog definitely was well cared for. Would love to work with Anna again.

Latasha was the perfect choice to watch after my Bear (who is full of energy) for my long trip ! She was very accommodating to my various requests. She shared pictures and was very responsive with communication. I have additional trips planned this year and she will be my first choice for rebooking!

Rahied took excellent care of our dog. He shared photos and updates every day while we were out of town. We will definitely be using his service again!

Enaes took such great care of my baby Glory and gave great communication during her stay. I will absolutely be booking again and am very thankful.

I was so happy with the care Sogol gave our little guy! She was attentive to all of the little things that he needed to have a peaceful and safe stay. I especially appreciated all of the messages, photos and videos we received, keeping us informed about what he was doing and how he was doing while we were away. Having Sogol care for our little guy helped us have a wonderful and restful vacation and we can’t say enough good things about her!! Thank you Sogol!!!

Comet loved Merideth! She was an amazing caregiver for our dachshund. I appreciated her contact throughout since we don’t leave our Comet guy ever! I felt very at ease and that he was in good hands! We will definitely book with Merideth again!

Steven was awesome with our two boys. He was incredibly helpful in getting both Tache and Charlie acclimated to the dogs at his place. He also kept us updated with lots of photos and videos. While it was just a short weekend trip, we will definitely look to book him again. He was very flexible with the drop off and pick up times as well. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed multiple times, but he was incredibly understanding of everything. I really loved his constant communication and updates!

This was the first time I used Rover, and I was happy with the result. Audrey was responsive to me and my concerns with trying a new service. My dog, who is very anxious in new environments, appeared to be comfortable with her (based on daily photos – too bad he can’t talk!), and it is clear he received more love and attention (which he thrives on) with her than he would have had I boarded him. I will use Audrey again.

Kadi was amazing! She took the very best care of our precious pups, Walter and Dolly, and they loved her! She was great about communicating and sent adorable pictures every day - they always looked so happy! I will definitely be using Kadi again in the future when we travel.

Oliver had the best time with Whitley! She is so caring to our little guy and our pup loves playing with her little Ollie so much. We have had Oliver stay with Whitley 3 times already and will continue having her care for him for all our future travels! Thank you again!!

Vicki and William were great with Eddie and Gabbie! For their first visit, Vicki was kind, loving, patient, and made sure they were comfortable. After losing our sitter of over 20 years, we feel very happy and grateful to have found Vicki and William. Eddie and Gabbie look forward to spending more time with them.

Maritza and Daniel took excellent care of my Theo. He loves to cuddle and they gave him a lot of attention. Many photos were sent during his stay to keep us up on his first Rover "vacation". I can't say enough good things about them.

We simply cannot say enough good things about our experience with Samantha; especially how well she cared for our 7 y/o cockapoo Winnie while we were away at a wedding over a long Labor Day weekend. Due to a destructive windstorm 3 days before our booking, both our home and Samantha's were without power in the week leading up to Winnie's 6-day stay. Samantha could have very reasonably cancelled our booking given this hardship—and yet she did not. And, to reduce our stress in preparing for a week-long trip without electricity, she even minimized the impact of the outage on her household when we spoke about it beforehand. This tells you all you need to know about Samantha as a person. She has a high level of empathy and an all-too-rare sense of personal responsibility. And Samantha is an animal lover to the bone—no doubt about it. We realized this right away at our meet-and-greet. Samantha met us outside right on time when we arrived. She was very warm and friendly, and Winnie took to her at once. Samantha showed us her large yard and knowledgably described the preparations she made and precautions she took before caring for others’ pets. For example, inside, she has a large playroom with the ability to cordon off areas for dogs who are slow to warm up to other dogs. Winnie is in this category, yet, by the end of her stay, with Samantha’s encouragement, she was happily playing with the other dogs. Samantha diligently and reliably communicated with us about Winnie at least twice a day, sending cute pictures, videos, and status updates. We loved the first update she sent while her power was still out. It showed her and Winnie sitting in Samantha’s truck watching a movie with the A/C on to keep cool. How sweet is that?! In addition to peace of mind, Samantha also provided us with some very welcome flexibility regarding our drop off and pick up times. We very much appreciated that, since it took us longer to pack than expected and traffic on our return trip was heavy after the holiday weekend. Overall, if we need a place for Winnie to stay in the future, Samantha will be our first choice. She checks every box you could want in a pet sitter, and is just a lovely person, too. Thanks, Samantha!

She was very active with out pets. She sent pictures of them and took them on walks. I really appreciate her. She is very kind to them. They came home happy.

Christopher and Cassandra were great with our lab. We were a little worried leaving her for 9 days because she is a little anxious and timid but they were patient, accommodating and able to earn her trust within a couple days. Highly recommend!

Kara was fantastic! She kept me updated on all things Molly. And Molly had a blast! She would love to see her new friends Kara and Nellie again.

Nicole took amazing care of Ruthie while we were away for the weekend. We loved the updates she sent and will be using her again

I love my furbaby so much, so it’s hard to leave her. Lavina makes the transition smooth and comfortable for us both, by providing her great care and sending adorable updates. I would absolutely book again, as I have before.

Andrew and Linh were great! They took my dog on 3 walks a day, sent tons of cute pictures and gave him lots of play time in the backyard with their sweet dog. I’ll be reaching out to them next time I head out of town. :)
