Amazing service! Kasie is professional, friendly and flexible. I felt very comfortable leaving my kitty in her care. She always sent pictures and updates which I appreciated. I even had to switch the schedule a little bit throughout my trip, and she took it in stride.

She gave daily summaries of her visits with our cat as well as multiple pictures. Communication was great, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing our cat was in such kind, capable hands. Lauren did such an amazing job for us! She was careful and respectful of our home and our tricky door. She was super attentive to our pets and left detailed notes and photos.
