Maria was fantastic from beginning to end. She communicates quickly, clearly, and often. She was an expert right from the jump and asked great questions to make sure she was equipped for our drop in. She was incredibly flexible when we were scheduling our initial meet and greet, and was so sweet to the boys. She is wonderful and we will absolutely be scheduling with her again!

We couldn’t be happier with the care provided for our cat, Max. Shwuyeong went above and beyond, ensuring Max was not just well-fed and safe, but also happy and entertained. She sent us updates with photos and videos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a content and well-cared-for cat.
