Dog Boarding in Traverse City

Rachel and Ivan take such good care of our dog and went out of their way this time to transfer him to another sitter. We will always look to them first when finding boarding!

Peter was an amazing sitter for our little dog. He was friendly, communicative, and I felt very comfortable with our dog in his care. We hope to work with him again in the future!

We leave Bruno with Kimberley and her family every time we are gone. Bruno loves going there, he jumps out of the car and doesn't look back! Their puppies Daisy and Penny are amazing. Her family and the kiddos take such good care of Bruno. We don't feel guilty leaving him as he has the time of life there. She sends pictures and updates, and is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Lisa was absolutely amazing! She brought my little dog into her home, with her two little dogs, and treated her like family 🥰 Lisa sent daily updates and pics. I knew Maggie Mae was safe and happy so I was able to enjoy my trip without worry. I will call on Lisa again when I need a sitter for my girl. Highly recommend!

Coleen did an amazing job with our dog Pepper. We are so grateful that we have found her on Rover. She kept us updated on how Pepper was doing and sent photos. Highly recommended!

My puppy Ollie came back from his weeklong stay happy and seems to have had a great time. He also got a chance to socialize with another pup, which was great since he is still young. Angela was great at communicating with me every step of the way, including sending photos and letting me know how he was doing and letting me know her ETA when picking him up and dropping him off.

Great experience with Caroline. Piper enjoys staying there and playing with the families dogs. I would recommend Caroline to other families looking for a sitter.

Amanda took very good care of Charlie and provided daly updates as to how he was doing with texts that included photos of him during his stay.

This was my first Rover experience. I was a bit nervous but my interactions with Allison but me at ease from the first interaction to booking with her. I read her reviews and I felt at ease even more. Allison’s home is cozy and she has a nice big fenced yard. She kept me updated on how Blue was doing with pictures. She even took Blue for a walk. I highly recommend Allison and would book again!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! Cheyenne went above and beyond to ensure my dog was comfortable and happy. From daily updates to giving my dog plenty of playtime and affection, it was clear that Cheyenne is passionate about animals. My dog was relaxed and happy when I returned, and I could tell they had an amazing time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter! Thank you again!

Lisa was a exceptional dog sitter. If I need a dog sitter in the future, I will definitely use her again. Not only did she follow specific requests to do with food, medications, exercise, etc, our dog had a mast cell tumor removed less than a week before Lisa watched her. Lisa, who is a retired nurse, noticed that Molly may have had an infection on the incision area. She took her to our vet for an emergency appointment as we were out of state. If she would not have taken the quick action, our pet could have been in serious trouble. I am forever grateful to her. Lisa kept in touch with us the entire time she had our dogs, sending pictures. And, she has still followed up about Molly's condition afterwards. I would recommend Lisa as a very caring dog sitter with great attention to detail.

Absolutely wonderful. The photos and daily texts made me smile and see how much fun our dogs were having. They were so happy and comfortable when we picked them up. The communication is great. We will use them again when we are back in town for sure!

Emily made me feel so comfortable leaving Penny with someone I hadn't met before. She uploaded pictures of Penny and her on walks and outside to reassure me. And she was flexible with pickup time when I ran into some delays. Great first experience using Rover! Since we got home Penny has been asleep on the floor without budging! :)

Stephanie & Scott were awesome! My dog boarded with them for a long weekend and loved playing with their dog Rosie. I came back to a tired pup who got plenty of attention and exercise while I was gone. I even got some nice photo updates throughout the stay which was great. Will definitely be trusting them the next time I am looking for boarding.

Maggie deserves a 10 star rating! She watched our fur baby Ruby for a weekend. When we picked Ruby up I could tell Ruby was well taken care of. Ruby was so happy & healthy! I loved getting updates and pics from Maggie. She sent pics of their daily adventures & cuddle time. She gave her daily walks and lots of love! ❤️ we will definitely be having Maggie watch Ruby again for sure. I highly recommend Maggie as a pet sitter. Thank you Maggie for being so wonderful with our baby girl!

Dan has been a great sitter for Mac. Nice house and two very friendly buddies to spend time with! Mac is excited to see Dan each time I drop him off!
