Kim is amazing! We boarded our girl for a week and I was confident she was safe and well cared for with Kim. Willow had so much fun playing and taking walks while she was there. Highly recommend and will definitely use Kim again in the future!

Burgandy did great with our dog and cat! They were very flexible with meet and greet times and pick up and drop off times! They sent great photos of our pets having fun!

From the moment we contacted Andrew to see if he would be able to host our pups, to picking them up, communication was great. We so appreciated all the pics they sent, especially the Christmas theme in cute sweaters. Definitely plan to use them again when we go back up north!

Sabrina and her family welcomed our Lucy into their home and loved her like she was their own. Sabrina took pictures of Lucy and continued to provide updates of how Lucy was doing. Great experience for us and Lucy!

I was very apprehensive leaving my Chubby Girl Juno for a week with a stranger. Having never used the Rover Services prior, the entire process was unfamiliar, but manageable. Ralph had some great reviews on the site and was close by so I began discussions with him and ultimately decided to use his services. His home was set up to securely contain my pup and she and I were quickly content as reports regularly came in with photos documenting that she didn’t miss me in the least, allowing me a guilt free week away. I will definitely use Ralph and his services again since Juno now misses him.

Logan was great and communicated well with me when our dog had some bathroom issues. He let us keep him there through the time even with his issues he was having.

Greta was amazing with my babies. She took care of them like they were her own and I really appreciate that. She went above and beyond and kept me updated with the babies and how well they behaved. I’m so glad I chose her to be my sitter. I will definitely use her from now on. Thank you so much Greta !! ???

Jaclyn has let my dogs out a few times and this is our first time boarding our puppy with her. He looked like he had a lot of fun. Hes incredibly high energy so I was appreciative of all the space and friends he had with her!

Jessica was absolutely amazing with Winston! They took incredible care of my pup during a 2-day stay at their home, and I could tell he felt safe and loved the entire time. Jessica sent regular updates and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Their home is super dog-friendly, and they clearly have a natural way with animals. Julie was amazing - her whole family was insanely pleasant, helpful, and loving to my puppy. I had to add an extra emergency night with basically no warning and they were so accommodating. Their daughter took great care of my puppy and even cuddled her to sleep. This was the first time Finley was ever in someone else’s home and she loved it. They made sure she was safe with other dogs and cats, and talked so highly about every animal they’ve dog-sat. I immediately fell in love with this family and will forever contact them first for any puppy boarding or dog-sitting. I would give them 100000/10. Diane took excellent care of Josie and Maximus while we were away on our 6 year anniversary cruise. We began with a meet-and-greet at her home, which was very clean and featured a spacious, fully fenced yard, immediately putting us at ease. Throughout our trip, I texted Diane every morning, and she always responded promptly with updates and photos. This meant so much to us, especially since it was Maximus’s first time being away from home. Her consistent communication truly made us feel comfortable and reassured the entire time we were away. I really appreciated Diane’s politeness and professionalism, and it was clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We would absolutely rebook with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care.
