Dog Boarding in Whitmore Lake

**First-time rover user here!** I cannot express enough positive things about Holly and her family. They treated Stella as if she were part of their family. I was nervous about leaving her with someone we didn't know personally, but that feeling quickly vanished after meeting Holly in person. Stella is a puppy mill rescue that has some major trust issues. She is a very sweet girl with a gentle soul but is shy and reserved. However, she did fantastic with Holly! I appreciated Holly's communication; she always texted and sent pictures and updates. We will 1000% use Holly again!

Marija is the best dog sitter that I’ve ever used. She watched both of my dogs for a week and sent multiple photos and updates every day. She took them on walks and had a huge fenced in backyard for them to run around in. Both of my dogs seemed super happy and comfortable in every photo that she sent. Marija was a delight to work with and I know my dogs both really enjoyed her as well!

Caroline was an amazing sitter! She kept us updated with texts and videos regularly and we felt very comfortable leaving our dog with her. She has a great, safe space for pets and our dog came home happy!

I wish I could give them 100 stars. Emily and Tim were more than what we could’ve asked for in caring for our puppy for the weekend. They made me feel comfortable leading up to the stay, at drop off, and of course, during his stay. I got pictures and updates regularly which I loved! If dogs could talk I know mine would tell me that he had the BEST weekend. This was my first experience with pet sitting like this and I couldn’t be more thrilled - all thanks to this couple! I know puppies are hard (and mine is particularly energetic!) and they both were confident and capable and that put me at so much ease. Look no further for the best situation you can put your pup in while you need to be away!

Kristi and Jason were wonderful and such warm people! They took amazing care of Koorie, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was in good hands. I’m so happy with their service and will definitely reach out to them every time I need a sitter. They are now my go-to choice for Koorie, and I can't recommend them enough!

Teresa was amazing with Champ and made us feel at ease while we were one vacation for the first time without our pup. She sent daily updates along with pictures and made sure Champ was following his usual sleep/eat routine. Champ seemed to have tons of fun with lots of extra walks and love. I highly recommend Teresa and will be trusting her with any future dog watching needs!

Anne is an amazing dog sitter. My dog Kevin clearly got so much attention, many walks, and played outside endlessly. He made himself right at home in her wonderful house, and was tired as could be at the end of his weekend vacation. I will undoubtedly be asking Anne to watch Kevin again in the future !

Kelly and Brandon are fairly new to our community and to Rover.com. I am so glad they are here as they live very close to our home and Lukie loved staying with them. I know this is true because he did not have any reentry issues or odd new behaviors when he got home. He was not exhausted either, as has happened after stays elsewhere. Kelly and Brandon are caring, responsible, professional and I will happily use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Shashank was amazing! This was my first time using rover and I couldn’t be more happy. My dog Oakley was exhausted and had a great time especially getting to play with his doggy. Two walks plenty of updates both photos and a couple of videos. Highly recommend if you want your dog to be taken care of and have a great time while you are out of town!

Niko loves staying with Deanna!! I am very careful with my 9lb Malshi, but shaggy is the perfect doggy companion for Niko. Deanna always is great about staying in touch with videos and pictures. I have no doubt my dogs happy there when we are away.

Mina took excellent care of Ollie, and sent tons of pictures and videos of him having a great time! Her fenced yard and own dog, Billy, really enriched Ollie's experience during his staym I will definitely have Ollie stay with Mina again!

Laura and Manuel took amazing care of our two dogs while we were on an extended trip. They sent us pictures during our trip and they looked so happy and at home with them. We would 100% recommend them for there caring loving approach with our pups. We are so happy we found them and will be booking again. Thanks again! Tucker and Rocky had the best!!

Barbara and Dirk did an amazing job watching our older dog! This was our first time using Rover and leaving our dog with anyone that wasn’t family for an extended period - but I am pretty sure they treated him BETTER than our family has in the past. They sent regular updates and pictures, and when we picked up our dog it was clear that he was content, happy, and loved! I wish that we would have found them sooner because our dog loved being with them. They accommodated, and even welcomed, our dogs unique quirks (anxiety, mobility issues, etc) and made us feel at ease. We will be back - thank you so much!!

Elizabeth was wonderful. She made Hobey feel at home and catered to his peculiarities. She kept us informed with photos and comments. Hobey enjoyed his stay.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Bulleit’s stay with Darcy and Daniel. They are caring, thoughtful and very easy to work with. We received great pictures showing the fun Bulleit was having and he came home happy and calm. We feel very lucky!

JoAnn's house feels like a "home away from home" for our dog Lucy. JoAnn sent lots of pictures to keep us updated on Lucy's day. Lucy had tons of playtime, outdoor time, cuddle time, and rest time during her days with JoAnn. I would recommend JoAnn as a Rover sitter and will book her again.

Katie and Kristen came highly recommended from a friend and they (and their kids!) took phenomenal care of Stormy! I could tell from the photo updates that she was immediately welcomed in as part of the family. They were great with communication and coordinating drop off and pick up. Best rover experience I’ve had so far and will definitely be using them again!
