Jennifer took great care of our cats. She communicated promptly if she had questions and sent many photos and updates. We will definitely book her again!

I've been trying to write this review for over a week...I just haven't been able to put my thoughts in words...but I'm going to try... I have two kitties, both with their own issues but Harper, my previous Urinary Blockage kitty is the reason I need a pet sitter when I get called out of town. He needs wet food and low stress in order to have a lower chance of blocking again... He's relatively easy to please, pretty much if you give him attention he's your best friend...and Larissa made sure to give him tons and thus Harper was a happy kitty. Larissa also cleaned up his messes when he peed on his litter box stairs and took out the trash when it got smelly cuz I forgot. I also got tons of amazingly cute pictures. Just this would have been enough got a glowing review...but it gets better... I have a second kitty, Pepper...who pretty much is one of the least trusting and most particular kitties I have ever met....she is solid on her own, she has an automatic feeder since she likes her dry kibble and she drinks water out of the toilet like a dog most of the time or out of the sink faucet. I told Larissa that she probably wouldn't even see Pepper and that was cool, I just needed Harper fed and watered. But Pepper got curious and made an appearance and Larissa took the time to earn her trust. Pepper even let her touch her and didn't scratch or bite her (which is amazon) or even seem bothered...I was AMAZED. I cried on vacation because this person took the time and was patient with a kitty that they didn't need to do anything for...I just...it was amazing and I will forever request Larissa when I get called away.

Marla was great! This was my first time using rover and I’m glad Marla was our first experience. Marla got my cats to interact with her on the first visit! I was able to have peace of mind while away, and I’m super grateful for her. Thanks so much!!

Kelly just does an outstanding job taking care of our cat Raven when we are on vacation! We have used her before and she is just great! She feeds her, gives her snacks, replaces her water, empties her litter box and even takes the time to play with her! Raven just really seems to like her too! We highly recommend Kelly to take care of your pet!

Greyson did a wonderful job watching my boy. I wasn't sure how open Ozzy would be to interacting with a new person but he really opened up to them. I loved reading the after visit notes, I would share them with the people I was with. Greyson was also really flexible when I had a family situation come up and had to move my trip earlier. I will definitely be booking them again the next time I need someone to watch Ozzy.

Molly was a great resource and took great care of my boy. Even clipped his nails for me (he won’t even let me do that!) I’ll definitely be looking for Molly next time I book! Thanks again!

Lauren & Cris were amazing to my kitties while I was away for Christmas. They gave excellent notes and even stick around longer than they needed to (on Christmas Eve!) because one of my cats ate up the medication we left out for the entire trip. I felt very secure having them there and would definitely book again. 10/10 - wish I could give more stars. ☺️

Rani is Heaven sent! We had a prior arrangement that was not going well and Rani was available and flexible and soooo good with our cat, Loki. She really gave him the love and affection that we would have, which is exactly what we were looking for! You will not go wrong with leaving your fur babies in her hands. Thank you again, Rani! Lacy is so friendly and very responsive! She reached out when there were questions too. My cats were happy and fed while we were away for a trip. We even got lots of photos during the visits! Would definitely have her watch my pets again.

They were very well cared for. Updates were provided twice a day, they offered more if we needed it. All questions I had up to and during the process were answered quickly. Our very anxious cats came home and immediately began being themselves and acting right as rain.

(This is my second review, go read my first!). As a dual pilot household with no family in the area and 3 cats, we need care for our cats often. We are SO SO thankful for finding Silvia on here. She is truly the best! She is someone you can count on, reliable, responsive, and soo caring to our cats. We have booked her multiple times since we first booked her. Look no further, your animals will be in the best care!
