1st time using Rover, Cindy was great! From the meet & greet to the actual visit it was a positive experience. Cindy sent photos & a video and a little report. Made me feel more comfortable leaving my boy.

This is the first time I use Rover and I am just so glad I found an excellent dog sitter for my fur babies. Nikko can be a little reactive to people at first but Kristin was just a professional at meeting him for the first time. I love the fact that she check in and out each visit and kept me updated about her visits and walks. Nikko and Kopper got along with her just perfect and that gives me a huge peace of mind! We needed a pet sitter on very short notice and Kassy quickly reached out for a meet and greet. We were a little nervous as our pups are not well trained especially with strangers but they got along so well with her and by the end of the drop in visit, our pup Gracie was asleep in her lap! Cydnie let's my dogs out daily. She is very reliable and shows up around the same time daily. If she is going to be late she lets me know in advance. (We have had a few bad weather days where she waited a bit to let the pups out when travel was a bit better). I would highly recommend Cydnie.
