Maelee is phenomenal! We’ve never hired someone do “drop-ins” at our home (always did boarding) and needed coverage for a weekend getaway. Maelee visited our sweet dog Emi 3 times a day, and I got real-time alerts on the app! Emi is a senior dog, mostly blind and deaf, but Maelee knew exactly how to keep her calm and gently allowed her to go slowly at her old-lady pace :) Maelee asked the right questions when we first met which showed me how responsible she was. I look forward to having more freedom and flexibility to leave Emi again in her loving care! Will definitely use her again- thank you!!

This was my first time using Kate and I'm very pleased. Kate left great notes on the Rover card and is timely with responses. I will definitely use again.

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Shannon is the best! She’s always on time, communication with her is great, she’s flexible my schedule changes (sorry Shannon 😬), and my puppy loves her!

Kelsey was available on short notice and kept me informed on my senior cat when I was worried about him. He loves company so I was glad he had someone caring to visit him.

We absolutely adore Jenn and how much she loves our fur babies as much as we do. Jenn will go the extra mile to make sure they are snuggled, tummy rubs and playing catch and you know from the moment you meet her she is all about being your fur babies new best friend.

Brooke was great! Made herself available last minute to take care of our two cats. Always on time even in the snow. Easy to work with and would definitely recommend.

Booking with Kelsey & Forrest to take care of my cat was such a great experience! They were very communicative, sent pictures and videos of my cat, provided updates, and took very good care of my girl 🐱. This was my first experience with Rover and it was very pleasant. Great communication. One of our dogs is very skittish. She was patient with her which allowed our pup to warm up to her at he own pace. This gave me peace of mind knowing all my dogs were comfortable, safe and well taken care of. Will definitely use her again in the future.

Holly was awesome! Sent updates and multiple photos. She was very responsive and even stayed later than the time scheduled because there was an issue with my key in the beginning. Would absolutely book with her again, she was wonderful.
