Alexandria is the best! Communication was great and she sent lots of pictures!

Elise was amazing the entire time, from our meet and greet to the last visit! She made sure all 4 of our cats were happy and taken care of during our trip. I normally have anxiety about leaving our cats, but Elise is awesome and I could actually relax knowing they were in good hands!! The updates and pictures of our cats were so sweet, and she also helped bring in all of my packages and put out some bird seed for our outdoor critters. I would highly recommend Elise and plan on rebooking in the future ??

As always, Kate is wonderful to our sweet cat every time she comes! This was the 3rd time we've had her drop-in while we're away and she's always attentive to him, our apartment, and especially this time with the summer weather.. the temperature! We felt comfortable, as we always do, being away knowing that she's taking such good care of our cat and our home. We'll always recommend and rebook her!

Kelsey is amazing. Great with communication and I can tell gives my pup so much genuine love and quality time. I know while I’m away Willow is in good hands and I can feel care free. I will continue to rebook again for the future!

Shannon was amazing caring for our dog while we were gone. We are so glad we found her and didn't have to have our dog stay somewhere else other then our home were she is safe. Her reports and followup were awesome and quick. We would definitely hire her again.

Shortly before leaving on a week long trip, we found out that one of our kitties had terminal lymphoma - devastating news, and I knew I was going to be super worried about her while we were gone. Enter Maelee, who did an *amazing* job taking care of her while we were gone: she gave meds, ensured that she was eating well enough, and kept us informed with detailed reports, pictures, and videos. Our kitty even gained some weight while we were gone, which she desperately needed! I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that she was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Maelee and would definitely use her services again!

Jenn was fantastic. She gave me piece of mind while I left April home alone for the first time and made sure she got her meds. She kept me updated and responded to all communication prompt. Very professional. I couldn’t be more happy.

Brooke was great! Made herself available last minute to take care of our two cats. Always on time even in the snow. Easy to work with and would definitely recommend.

Andrea took such great care of my 2 cats! She provided detailed descriptions of how they were doing along with pictures. She even went above and beyond and swept/cleaned my cat’s food bowls and water mats. I had peace of mind when I was away and couldn’t recommend her more!

Jasmine gave my pups the best Rover experience we have received since moving to Grand Rapids in June 2025. She was prompt in responding, detailed with how the visits went, extremely kind, and made sure my dogs got extra love while we were away. 10/10 and will be booking her again!

Holly was awesome! Sent updates and multiple photos. She was very responsive and even stayed later than the time scheduled because there was an issue with my key in the beginning. Would absolutely book with her again, she was wonderful.

The main thing we appreciate is Jenn’s intuition. Does your cat need love and scritches? Respect and space? A little song? All of these, but in different ways on different days—because life is tough and there are happy days and hairball days and Jenn understands them all🌻
