Regan went way beyond normal customer service by alarming us immediately that something was wrong with our furnace. The most important thing. though is how much she cared and loved our two precious kittens . She dropped in every day and made sure they received playtime with her, cleaned litter, replaced food and water. She captured beautiful photos and we couldn't wait to receive them. There is no question that Regan is our "go-to love sitter" in the future.

Mary did a great job of making sure my little guy had everything he needed while we were out of town - even brought in a package that was left outside the door. Mary went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely try booking again.

Riina is passionate about taking care of our 3 fur babies. She takes care of all their needs and She spends time with each of them. They love their Riina!! ❤️

For the days we were gone, they treated our hoard great. Cats acted like we never left when we got back. Everyone looked healthy, acted content, displayed affectionate behavior. Litter pans sorted, water given, and even the feral kitties feeding station looked after. Very pleased with the services provided. Just seen all the photos. My guys looked like it was a regular day at the shop, which is EXACTLY what we wanted. Had regular updates and quick messages if any delays. Easy communication, responsive. Absolutely no hesitation recommending Holly, Josh, & Grace.

Alex did a great job taking care of our cat while we were away. She provided updates each day and communicated well. Our cat has been a bit under the weather lately and gets very stressed when we are gone so it was a relief to know someone was providing him with loving care. We would definitely book her again.
