Amy was very communicative and helpful. This was my first booking with Rover, so Amy walked me through the process the entire way. Amy was very willing and flexible with drop-off/pick-up and we were even able to schedule a meet and greet prior to my pet’s first stay. I have already booked another stay for my pet with Amy. Very impressed overall!

Marilyn was fantastic! She was extremely communicative, caring, and generous with my girl, Lenny. She provided daily photos and videos, bought a toy for my dog, and even bathed her during Lenny's 10-day stay. There were also a couple of situations where Lenny was overprotective and Marilyn handled it with ease and understanding. I would absolutely trust Lenny with Marilyn again!

Bryan was such a fabulous sitter! They sent updates and were very flexible with us when our flight got canceled. They were also very helpful with giving Flopper her supplements and medication! Flopper and Hana did not want to leave at all as they also made new friends! I highly recommend booking with Bryan! I Would definitely book again.

We are so happy with Cassidy and her care of our Lucy. She's 10 now & her beloved dogsitter since she was very young as moving out of country. Lucy stayed with Cassidy in March 2022 and again just now,from 4/11 - 4/24/2022. She was excited to see Cassidy and her doggies Lungs and Nova, and was so calm and happy when I picked her up! Cassidy takes Lucy and her own dogs walking every day (unless weather too inclement), and also has a completely fenced back yard as well. She also kept us informed while we were gone (at an out of state wedding) and sends us occasional pictures of our girl. Cassidy is so calm and loving that I think the doggies can sense this and are calm and relaxed as well. We all love Cassidy ❤️

If you’re reading this, you are picking the right sitters! Susan & Craig are the best! Welcoming and beyond loving for our lab while we were away. Had no worries and was able to sleep at night while on vacation about our dog at all while we were gone as we knew he was in perfect hands!

Maria was very great with our dog, Toby, while we were out of town for a week. She was very attentive to his needs and took very good care of him. Her yard is large and Toby was able to run around and play with other dogs. Maria was awesome at providing updates and pictures while we were away, which kept our worries at bay. I would totally recommend Maria as a dog sitter.

Promise was great to have as a Dog Sitter. She listened to my information about my dog and kept me updated on how things were going, both with pictures and videos. Very easy to communicate with. We have a I will definitely use her again.

Teddy had such a great time! It was his first night away from home, and our sitter made sure he was comfortable and settled in. She sent daily updates (even the first night!), which really helped us feel at ease. Excellent communication, super kind, and Teddy came home happy and totally worn out from all the fun. Martha and Eric were great with the dogs! Beautiful yard for running around, very attentive, sent us lots of great photos and videos! We trusted they were very well taken care of - and they almost didn't want to leave!

We are so thankful for Elsa and would highly recommend her! She watched our dog Benji for the first time as we left for a trip, but we had a stressful situation two days before dropping him off. Benji got sick and had new medication as well as an unpredictable stomach. We almost had to change our travel plans last minute but she insisted on helping us! We are so glad she did and Benji loved staying with her. Luckily he got way better while we were gone and all was good. Elsa followed all his new medication instructions without a problem and was very good at communicating with us on his recovery which we appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience and look forward to booking with Elsa again!

In my insane time of getting ready to sell a house, get out of the house for a weekend to show and have an open house, the most sane time of it all was finding someone like Carol to take care of our cat. My husband and I were sure this was not going to work due to our cat not being the most social and very vocal when not happy but my sense of relief was when we walked in and our cat just walked around Carol’s house like she owned it. I really think she felt a good vibe on this place and updates from Carol with picture of our cat Sally proved it. Thank you Carol!

We had a great experience with Jordan. Incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating from the start. Our dog took to Jordan's right away, which gave us immediate peace of mind. It’s clear Jordan genuinely cares about the dogs under their care, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and stress-free. We are so thankful we found Terrie to watch our dog, Millie! She was in such good hands and we didn’t worry once. Terrie sent plenty of photo and video updates which we greatly appreciated :) She also took extra care of Millie during the fireworks that happened over the 4th of July weekend, keeping her calm and safe. We will absolutely leave Millie with Terrie again and can’t recommend her enough!

Dustin is amazing. He was very flexible with the scheduling and kept us updated with Penelope's progress. Penelope really enjoyed her time with Dustin and friends. Thanks for being an amazing dog watcher.

Maureen was amazing! Pictures and updates of our pup before we even think to ask. Multiple walks and playtime. I think our pup was happier there than at home! No question we would Maureen again if schedules work out!

Colleen and Joe took amazing care of my dog while I was gone for 2 weeks! My pup is normally quite anxious and attached to me but I could tell from the photos and updates that she was very comfortable and relaxed in their home. She was able to snuggle up with them and their sweet dog like she was part of the family. They have a lovely home and great yard too. Colleen is an excellent communicator and she updated me regularly. I was extremely happy to have my dog in their care and would definitely recommend.
