Dog Boarding in Columbia Heights

Colleen and Joe took amazing care of my dog while I was gone for 2 weeks! My pup is normally quite anxious and attached to me but I could tell from the photos and updates that she was very comfortable and relaxed in their home. She was able to snuggle up with them and their sweet dog like she was part of the family. They have a lovely home and great yard too. Colleen is an excellent communicator and she updated me regularly. I was extremely happy to have my dog in their care and would definitely recommend.

First time Alvin had a stay away, and for a whole week. The communication and photos were confirmation that I had made the perfect match for his first sleep away and upcoming visits. Thank you Susan, Steve and fur babies for being the perfect hosts. We’ll see you soon.

Amy was amazing! She took Limu last second for 10 days when we were in desperate need of someone and took such good care of him. She sent pictures every day and has the best environment and backyard for dogs to play in. Limu made tons of new friends and had a blast!

Susan and Craig did a great job taking care of Cooper once again! They are so organized and fantastic communicators! We are already looking forward to them watching Cooper again.

We can’t say enough good things about Martha and Eric! Etta just had her second stay and was so spoiled and cared for again 🥹 she is such a content pup when she’s with them!! Martha and Eric could not be more accommodating - we had to adjust our dates slightly and also needed to have family pick up Etta due to our late flight in and they were flexible and understanding. We truly appreciate them so much. I know Etta can’t wait to see them again in the future!!

Jailene is amazing with Miss Coco. I never have to worry and Coco loves her.

Terrie was wonderful! It was our first time leaving our dog with non-family and she provided regular updates and made sure he was comfortable. We will definitely be boarding with her again!

Dustin took great care of our senior husky! We loved getting a few pics or videos a day to see she was happy and having a good time, we will definitely book again. Highly recommend him!

Our dog, Lucy, was immediately comfortable at Timmothy’s home and around his pets. He communicated well throughout the process, offering to meet ahead of time, shared photos while we were away, and coordinated with a family member for pickup. Dave was a fabulous choice to leave my pup with over the Memorial Day weekend. In our meet and greet, he asked important questions and made me feel so at ease. I love that he only takes one family's pets at a time - I know my dog had his undivided attention, which was great. He sent updates and photos periodically to let me know all was well, even further diminishing any anxiety I might have had. Dave's demeanor is so kind and gentle - I will definitely be trusting him again with Lenny soon!

This is our third time working with Erin, and Madigan clearly loved her past stays with her as she puppy-parkoured her way into the house! As usual, communication was excellent and the updates were fun and informative. It was especially appreciated this time since Madigan had a two week stay and I felt very reassured she was well taken care of throughout with walks and playtime with Waffles and Eggsy. Bryan and his partner were easy to work with & it’s clear they love dogs :) I loved getting photo updates of my 2 dogs while I was away. I’d recommend them in the future!

Dave sent me a picture each day via text - along with a mini update - of how my dog was doing. I know that my dog received plenty of attention with 2 adults and 2 little girls. It was a huge relief knowing that my little boy was in good hands while I was traveling.

Thank you Judy for watching our little princess while we traveled to Spain. She came home very relaxed and she smelled like she was at a spa all week! I appreciate the frequent text updates and photos of her during her stay. We will definitely be looking to you again whenever we need a trusted petsitter.

Sarah did such an amazing job with Jude and we were so lucky to find her. Our little guy fit right into their family and had so much fun. Sarah was a great communicator and sent daily updates with photos which was great. We will definitely use her again.

My dog was boarded for 7 days at Lindsey’s home. Her family was a great fit for my dog and he felt right at home. Great communication and took him on plenty of walks. Would definitely recommend!

Megan and her family were absolutely amazing! Out dog had an accident shortly before our vacation. I talked to Megan about the situation and asked if she would like to cancel. When we originally booked the appointment the dog was fine and I assumed she would not want to deal with his new medical issues. To my surprise, she was more than willing to accommodate our dog. She took loving care of our dog and provided detailed, frequent updates. From the many photos she sent I could tell that our dog was having an excellent time with the family. We are so grateful for Megan’s willingness to accommodate our complex situation and for taking top-notch care of our dog. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave our dog in this family’s care in the future.
