Itzel was very good about communicating with me, both before and during the boarding. She sent photos and videos each day. Most importantly, she seems to genuinely love dogs.
Debra did a great job with Gus!! Making sure he was separated from other animals and had some time to run around and explore! She was Great! I highly recommend her!
