Judy took such good care of our 5 month old puppy for the week we were away! She communicated with us every day with positive comments on our puppy’s behavior & she seemed to enjoy having our little ball of energy in her home. We highly recommend Judy as a pet sitter (& she’s a lovely person to know too ;-)

Aka is a slightly fearful dog but he loves being at Promise’s place. For all the places Aka has been for boarding, he is most relaxed here. He has so much playing in the backyard! He also gets so much attention and petting! Promise is amazing!! We will definitely keep coming back!!

Sue and Craig were the best with our little Freddie the Maltese. Freddie quickly adjusted to their kind care, and I know dog’s can tell when people really like them and Freddie “felt the love”!! Top rating for sure!

Wesley was terrific. He has a genuine love of animals and he loves them like his own. Great communication as well. Will definitely book again.

We are beyond grateful to have had Jordan care for our dog, Biscuit, while we were on vacation! Jordan was not only responsible and attentive, but truly went above and beyond to make sure Biscuit was happy, comfortable, and well-exercised. Jordan took Biscuit on walks and played lots of fetch, which we know Biscuit loves. It was such a relief to see how much fun they were having together! The updates and photos Jordan sent throughout the stay were a wonderful touch, and we loved seeing Biscuit's smiling face. It really put our minds at ease, knowing that he was in a place where he was not only cared for but clearly enjoying himself. We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter, and we highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and thoughtful caretaker for their furry friend. Thank you, Jordan, for taking such great care of Biscuit—we came home to a happy, healthy pup, and we're so appreciative of all the love and attention you gave him! We will defininately be using Jordan again!

I had an excellent experience using the Rover app. My dog’s sitter, Ryan, was incredibly patient and professional. My dog, Tita, tends to be a bit grumpy and doesn't really like being touched, but he handled the situation with great calm and respect. He managed to carefully integrate her into the group of dogs he was looking after. This gave me tremendous peace of mind, as I know it isn't easy to deal with her temperament. I definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for someone responsible, patient, and who truly cares about the well-being of animals.

It was only around 36 hours but my first time leaving my cat with anyone. She made me feel more relaxed and worry less when she sent pictures and an update saying how sweet he was.

Andrew was a stellar caregiver for my two pups. He was very thorough in determining their needs and preferences and very communicative. Would rebook!

Rooney has stayed with Dustin twice now and she’s had so much fun both times. I appreciate Dustin’s daily pictures or videos - I know Rooney is being well taken care of. He’s certainly my (and Rooney’s) first pick whenever I need a dog sitter.

Bill was so easy to work with, and took such good care of Winnie. She came back happy and exhausted, and Bill was so flexible with our drop off time when we took longer to get out of town than expected. Will definitely book with Bill again, thank you!!

Terrie was absolutely amazing! This was our first time using rover and we will definitely be booking with Terrie again. Our dog is a more anxious/slight stranger danger dog and Terrie was perfect for her. We really appreciated the time Terrie spent getting to know her first.

Colleen and Joe took my dog for a 2nd time and once again, she was well taken care of, happy and comfortable in their home. I don’t think I can find a better place outside my own home for my anxiously attached small dog. Received regular updates and photos and felt completely at ease despite being very, very far away. Super sweet couple, lovely home, and their dog is sweet and cuddly too! Thank you!!

Eric and Martha were wonderful! My dog's warmed up to them much more quickly than I expected and were well cared for. I received pictures a videos while I was away, so there was never any doubt they were both having a great time. Thank you so much!

Maria took care of our dog Loki for 3 days. She regularly kept us posted with pictures of Loki playing with her dogs, playing in the backyard and their walks with Loki.

Lori and her family were SO great to Kobe and made our lil getaway completely stress free! She sent photos and updates and did an amazing job- thanks again!!!

Maureen was amazing! Pictures and updates of our pup before we even think to ask. Multiple walks and playtime. I think our pup was happier there than at home! No question we would Maureen again if schedules work out!

In my insane time of getting ready to sell a house, get out of the house for a weekend to show and have an open house, the most sane time of it all was finding someone like Carol to take care of our cat. My husband and I were sure this was not going to work due to our cat not being the most social and very vocal when not happy but my sense of relief was when we walked in and our cat just walked around Carol’s house like she owned it. I really think she felt a good vibe on this place and updates from Carol with picture of our cat Sally proved it. Thank you Carol!
