She did great with my nervous dog and scaredy cats. They do not like visitors or strangers in general but they warmed up to Kaitlyn right away. She communicated with me through the app during each visit and even let me know when something was off with my security system (it ended up being a low battery).This was my first time using Rover and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
