Connie is wonderful! She has a lot of knowledge about and experience with pets, especially dogs. She went above and beyond with her time for the meet and greet. My 13-year-old senior pup can be wary of new people, but he quickly relaxed in her presence. She's excellent about communication and responds to messages quickly. This was my first time using Rover and I'm a first time puppy parent. Kaitlyn was on time and great at calming my nerves. She was willing to drive from Faribault to Montgomery which I'm very thankful for. She was great with my beagle puppy on walks. I got updated pictures and reassurances. When I came home he was more pepped than I've seen! I can't recommend her enough!
If I could give 20 stars, I would. Jessica cared for my handicap dachshund, which included using a catheter, while I was on vacation. She went above and beyond her duties, when my dog got an UTI - she took him to the vet and made sure he was getting the best care.
