Alex did a great job taking care of our cat while we were away. She provided updates each day and communicated well. For the days we were gone, they treated our hoard great. Cats acted like we never left when we got back. Everyone looked healthy, acted content, displayed affectionate behavior. Litter pans sorted, water given, and even the feral kitties feeding station looked after. Very pleased with the services provided. Just seen all the photos. My guys looked like it was a regular day at the shop, which is EXACTLY what we wanted. Had regular updates and quick messages if any delays. Easy communication, responsive. Absolutely no hesitation recommending Holly, Josh, & Grace.
