Great as always, she's been very reliable since we began having her care for our cats, and my shy kitty is no longer shy around her so they must like her too.

She did an amazing job watching our cat! She communicated well, was professional, and sent lots of pictures! She went above and beyond by cleaning up the bathroom/litter area when our cat got upset and made a mess. We were really nervous about leaving him alone for an extended period of time for the first time, but she did a great job and we were able to enjoy our vacation because of it!

Piper and I love Lauren!! She is so dependable and treats my pup like her own. We have been so lucky to find her. She makes long days away from home much more manageable. We hope to keep booking with her for all of our needs!
